I come here all the time and normally never have a problem, but today I wanted to put in my rewards number and noticed the lady had already put in hers and it had something like 115,000 points… she couldn’t reverse it allegedly… 🙄 I think the husband and wife bought this location and now they are stealing your reward points… watch out, the husband seems real nice and like he enjoys the work but she seems like she hates it there and wants to steal from you. I hope she learns not to steal peoples points especially without asking. 🤷♂️

They didn’t honor their own promotion of free slurpee Friday in February and instead accused me of trying to scam them. My kids were very disappointed that they couldn’t get slurpee.

I really love this location! My usual 7 Eleven closed and I needed to find a new one. This location is so good, I don't miss my old one as much. (Sorry other 7 Eleven) There is a great selection and was very well stocked. The employee here was an absolute angel. I forgot my wallet and went to grab it. When I came back the employee was very understanding and even left some napkins with the pizza I was going to buy. This kind employee was the best!!! ❤️❤️❤️ This location deserves 5 stars :D

This is the worst 7/11 I've ever been to, the prepared food they sell is absolutely horrible. Everytime I order from them, they always get my order wrong. The workers do not care about customer satisfaction.

The worst 7-Eleven ever! And terrible customer service!!!! I went in for nachos, but there was no sign indicating they were out of cheese. I opened the bag of chips, and the employee watched me the entire time without saying a word. When no cheese came out, I asked if they had any, and he said no. I then asked if he could get some from the back, but he refused. Since I had already opened the bag, he charged me FULL PRICE for the chips, even though I clearly said I didn’t want plain tortilla chips and it was their fault for not having an out-of-order sign. After a LOT of arguing, I left the plain chips behind. It feels like I made a donation to 7-Eleven because I walked out without the nachos I wanted. It would have taken just a few seconds to make a sign to prevent this situation. I’ll be contacting corporate first thing in the morning!

weird guy working here, shoved the items i was buying in his pants after i had already paid. had to awkwardly point to get my items back and wash them when i got home. also he watched videos on his phone and didn’t say a word the entire time. very poor customer service and honestly disgusting. wanted to walk out but had already paid. wouldn’t recommend coming to this location unless you want to feel very uncomfortable.

Have been coming to this location for a little over 2 months now and every time I go in it seems that the employees have been taking money from me whether it be 5 cents or 68 cents I deposit here often and most the time they never give me the nickle that would be after 4.95 for the deposit fee and when I get smokes it would be 2 dollars and some change but only get 2 dollars this is theft no matter how small if I continue to come in I will be recording to build up a case this is the last warning for I'm sure it's not just me this happens to

I've been shopping at this 7-11 for a few years now and I won't be any longer after what happened about an hour ago!!!! The owner is about as ignorant and stupid as a box of rocks!!!! When I entered the store about an hour ago, the owner (Rom) confronted me about some wings I got the other day and said I didn't pay for them!!! And yeah I didn't pay cash for them, I redeemed 4000 points for them and even showed him the proof and he turned and said "yeah you redeemed your points for them, but you didn't pay for them" well duh you stupid f@ck, you don't PAY for them when you REDEEM POINTS for them!!!! He got pretty hostile and even cussed at me in front of his employees and customers!!!! I couldn't believe how this dumb mothaf@cker treated me after putting THOUSANDS of dollars into his business, all over cuz this dumb mothaf@cker isn't smart enough to realize that the 4000 points I SPENT on getting those wings takes place of paying with cash or card!!!! I mean that is the whole point of earning points, right!!!? I had over 32,000 points when I did this transaction and now I'm down to 27,000 so the transaction was successfully processed!!!! If I could give 0,(ZERO) stars, or better yet, NEGATIVE STARS, I totally would for the way he handled his "business" today!!!! BY FAR THE WORST 7-11 IN THE STATE OF UTAH!!!! HE EVEN RIPS OFF HIS EMPLOYEES AND DOESN'T PAY THEM THEIR FULL CHECKS!!!! I'VE HEARD THIS FROM SEVERAL OF HIS "EMPLOYEES"..... I will NEVER return to this crappy store with it's IGNORANT OWNER!!!!

Have been coming here for years as it's right next to my home but the passed months I've done my best to avoid this location due to a single employee.There is a gentleman who seems to typically work overnights/early mornings that not only appears to be on drugs, actively uses them right outside the store as casually as smoking a cigarette. This same fella has also asked my fiance if she can get him drugs.He is a disgusting individual and makes me very uncomfortable. With how disgusting he is I can't imagine he practices safe health standards.

Only stopped in for the car wash. Selected the wash I wanted, and it said I had to talk to the attendant. Weird, but okay. Filled my tank and went inside to pay for a carwash. He looked at me as though I'd asked for a Halloween costume for my pet orangutan. "We don't do that here," he said."You mean the car wash right next to this gas station, the one with the same 7-11 branding, the same whose gas pump asked me what level of car wash I wanted, doesn't actually HAVE a carwash because it's closed?""Yup."Well a sign on the closed car wash would have been nice!
