Terrible service they towed my bronco and they are super unorganized the dude I was calling didn’t have a clue what he was doing.

Worst guys ever they will not answer the phone so i cant get my vehicle thinking about reaching out to the consumer protection board and making an official complaint as-well as with my HOA.

Very dishonest people, they try not to answer the phone so that your vehicle is in their lots longer and the can charge more have put in 27 calls over a period of two days trying to get a hold of someone to get my car. Also there was severe damage to my car.

These guys are a bunch of crooked bullies. For just one example, the jerk seen a car pull up to drop off a Christmas present and went around the corner to hide until the owner got out of his vehicle to run up to an apartment to drop his present off with his kids. The tow driver then hurried and hooked onto the poor guys car and then proceeded to charge him $100 to drop the car. ON CHRISTMAS EVE.

I was just a tag-a-long in someone else trying to get their car back and it was terrible to watch. When we walked in the guy there was lounging back watching Good Mythical Morning so I thought it would go smooth, no. He immediately got mad that there were questions being asked about picking up the car (i.e. is there a way to pick up a relatives car after hours or to pick it up without her present. Which BTW he answered incorrectly when we referred to utah.gov) so he told us we had to leave and he abruptly left the trailer and told the guy who was in this mess with them that he wasn't allowed on the property anymore because he wasted 15 minutes of the guys time when he had work to be done.... which he was trying to look busy walking out to the tow truck at that point all aggressive like... but he looked pretty comfy and not busy when we got there. I'm still at a loss how it escalated the way it did and why the guy got so aggressive so fast, I can't imagine the job would come across many happy people but we went in meaning no harm and not expecting the reaction we got but it is what it is. We made sure our HOA didn't go though their services after this and have lovely management we let know about this company. I suggest if you want happy campers in your community, don't use this company and if you want to stay a happy camper, don't move to a community who uses this towing company.

Advanced towing is a predatory business. My car was towed from a friend’s HOA, Advanced claimed it wasn’t registered. The vehicle was absolutely registered - I believe Advanced Towing removed the sticker from the vehicle either before or possibly after the vehicle was towed to cover their tracks. When I went to the lot to retrieve the vehicle- they asked for personal information after I provided my drivers license and proof of ownership. When I declined to provide the additional information, they refused to release my vehicle and attempted to run us over in their lot with a tow truck. Advanced is predatory at best and criminal at worst. There are certainly reputable towing companies, this is absolutely not one of them. Hopefully, they won’t be in business for long.

Worst people ever! Shady and very unprofessional! They changed their name from beehive to advanced towing .
Guy is rude and thinks he is the God of the towing and the know it all yet he can’t answer simple common sense questions without nagging about why he should answer them. Will tow you no matter what even if you parked in the wrong spot for 5 mins. I was parked on a visitor spot for a few mins and when I came out my car was gone and he didn’t honor the 24 hr warning they are supposed to give you and when I asked he said he can do whatever he wants and that not even police could stop him! The guy is Very arrogant and guaranteed to be as greasy and heavy as his pride . Don’t use this place at all! There is a reason they changed their business name 😂

I haven’t used this towing service, but based on the driving of the tow truck driver, I would never use them. The driver cut me off in traffic and I held up my hands as if to say, “What are you doing?“ The driver felt it necessary to stop in front of me on the freeway, stopping traffic, and turn around and hold his hands up mimicking me and then made gestures of hitting his hands on his chest (as if to make fun of someone with an intellectual disability) and then blew me a kiss. I don’t know if all their employees are immature but at least one is. If you look through their reviews, you will find that this review is not the only one regarding poor driving.
Answer to reply: Apparently Google won’t let you reply to a reply. I appreciate that the owner wants to look into this - thank you! It was a white flat bed tow truck. I-15 southbound a little after 4pm on Friday, Oct 11 2024, Maybe 4:15pm at about 106000 south. The truck said Advanced Towing on it and after googling that name there were several advanced towing locations; so, I matched the phone number on the truck to this advanced towing location in order to leave an accurate review.

Towed my vehicle without a valid reason then when I reach out to them to get a vehicle parked in a none parking zone they tell me to piss off and hang up.
