Shop is great! Had them install a radiator and supercharger on my 4runner. Very thorough and detail oriented. I’ll be taking my truck back for maintenance and future upgrades. Highly recommend! Very upfront and professional shop. Great people.

These guys are great, I’ve had Geoffrey do quite a few repairs on my Toyota and Lexus vehicles over the years, and he does a very in depth job. These guys are very knowledgeable, and professional. I plan to keep doing business with them, as I know they do the job right and know exactly what they’re doing.

I’ve had some pretty terrible experiences with auto shops and mechanics, I’ve gotten to the point that trusting people is harder then paying the price of repairs. Anyways I searched and searched until I was recommended agility customs and decided to give them a shot (specifically Geoffrey) with finishing a rebuild on a front diff. Well my parts didn’t get stolen and I didn’t get a call from the shop asking how to do the job (yes this has actually happened to me) they did the job and let me know when it was done. They also sent out an itemized bill that I could pay before I ever got there which was another plus for me and the price was great. Thanks y’all!

Awesome shop! Geoff is a great guy and definitely knows what he is doing. I got quotes from several shops and spoke to them about my issue. Geoff is a Toyota guy through and through and knew how to fix my issue (clutch, throw out bearing) better than anyone else I spoke with. Truck is smooth now with no squeaks.

They rebuilt my third member for my Toyota. They were easy to work with and had it finished in a timely manner. I’ve been waiting to do a review to make sure my differential didn’t have any problems and I’m pleased to say after about 3,000 miles all is good! They did a great job

Geoff was so cool and so knowledgeable! I have a 3rd gen 4Runner and this guy knew everything about it! He took me back into the shop area to show me all the things happening with my Toyota. I will certainly be back for any/all repairs in the future.

Absolutely awesome staff and work!! They took care of me and are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and will make things right when something goes wrong. They don't have their own alignment rack, so they outsourced it to Big O who screwed it up (they didn't do one and claimed an alignment couldn't be done on the vehicle) but Agility called them, yelled at them, taught them how to do an alignment over the phone, and took care of me and made it right. I absolutely recommend them to everyone, and can't wait till they can get their own alignment rack!

First time dealing with Geoff at Agility Customs and he was a pleasure to deal with. He helped me with some parts for a big brake upgrade for the front of my Tundra and I couldn't be more pleased with his knowledge and willingness to help. Geoff is well known in the off-road community and I would fully trust him with whatever I needed.

I wanted to share this as a cautionary tale for folks and to leave Agility some feedback. A little less then a year ago I took my 2017 Tacoma into Agility to have the needle bearing replaced with a bushing, a common repair needed when you lift the truck. I considered doing it myself but wanted to save some time and I was reassured when they told me they had done “hundreds of them”. After the repair and driving 20 miles home I looked under the truck and they had forgotten to put the nut back on the sway bar link which had come loose while driving, fell into the CV boot completely shredding the boot, and grinding the link down a bit. I called them immediately and they acknowledge right away the mistake and offered to replace the CV axle, they even gave me a loaner vehicle for the day. The customer service in this regard was excellent. However, since then I’ve noticed a number of other items about that repair that all seem to me to be signs of a careless, rushed job, without much consideration for quality. The hub dust cover looked like it was removed with an air chisel, the lip was damaged enough that I chose to replace it. When I went to remove the skid plate one of the bolts which threads into a nut which is welded inside a tubular part of the frame was spinning freely, the welded nut had broken free. After having to cut the bolt to get the skid plate off I realize the bolt was cross threaded in the nut which likely was why it broke loose. Agility was the last place to remove the skid plate, I am assuming they put it back on using an impact tool, cross threaded the bolt, and broke off the nut perhaps without knowing about it but it would have been hard to miss. I now have no good way to secure that corner of the skid plate. The clamp on the boot of the replaced CV axle also came loose and it lost a fair amount of grease before I noticed it and re attached the clamp (this was in the middle of a road trip). I also found a flashlight wedged in the frame. The final item is I now have a leaking steering rack with a fair bit of play at the wheel which I am told will need to be replaced (rare on 2017 with only 40K miles) while I don’t know for sure that the loose sway bar link was the cause, there was a very brief moment when I was driving back from Agility after the initial repair when I drove over a bump in the road and the steering wheel jerked hard to the right, the truck remained driving straight but the steering wheel was turned to the right, a second bump corrected it. In hind sight I should have stopped immediately, but I was on the 215 belt at that point, this was likely the moment the sway bar link came out from the spindle falling into the CV axle and possibly into the tie rod on the way down.So long story short, perhaps these folks do great work on big jobs, but for the smaller job they did for me there are signs everywhere it was rushed and done carelessly. Their customer service around the initial error was very good, but there has been so much extra non-sense caused by their work that I wanted to share this as it has all been a very frustrating series of events.
