This is the 2nd Saturday in a row that the branch inside smiths on 90th and redwood road has closed early. Today there was 2 tellers still with customers and the lady closes the curtain and won’t let me deposit my rent. Thanks by Monday I will have an eviction. By closing 5 minutes early my life is ruined.

It is gratifying to be recognized (even with a Covid mask) and greeted enthusiastically.The managers are responsive to our business needs.The tellers are accurate and through.I rarely have to wait, because they have several tellers helping customers.

Dropped $40 cash in this branch, when I realized and went back for it, I told one of the tellers what happened, the teller said he would see if anyone had turned it in, and began to type on his keyboard ridiculously fast for 2 minutes strait, then said I was SOL. I just won't look into this. But im not going back either. Thanks.....

Hate that all the locations are closed and that I have to go inside Smiths. Why does a phone call take so long when all the branches are closed? Employees could answer phone since they arent working at the banks. Guess its time for a new bank. Thankfully, plenty of competition. Open the damn doors! Every bank in a grocery store should leave!

We went to get a personal loan and not the greatest experience. We talked to 3 different people and we were told different things over the phone how to use our loan that we were approved for! This was unacceptable, first this Jake or Jacob said we could pay off a few credit cards than use the remaining money to write someone a check out too. I called twice to verify this before coming in. They ran our credit twice as well and we told them to take the other one off our credit. This loan was for our wedding/ and a car not for credit cards. Once we got there to sign for the loan Mckallie told us no we were approved for the 10,000 but only for our credit cards to pay off! This is unacceptable service when nobody knows what is going on!!

I DO NOT recommend getting a vehicle loan though America First. Firstly the online banking is horribly set up. I have been back and forth with customer service trying to figure out why the online banking will not let me log in for weeks. Customer service has given me no help whatsoever and simply states that they do not know what or why any problem happens. The biggest complaint is that I received a letter in the mail 1 month after I was approved for my loan at the dealership. The letter stated that they had reviewed my application for a loan and are denying my application based on my credit. I WAS ALREADY APPROVED AND HAD MADE MY FIRST PAYMENT TO MY CURRENT LOAN! When I called and asked customer service why I had received this letter and they shuffled me around on hold to different departments and eventually told me they simply did not know why I received that letter. I am constantly frustrated with the customer service, the online banking, and the lack of organization this credit union seems to have.
