I made an appointment with these guys to get contacts. Siera Timothy helped me. She was awesome. Got me in and out quickly and help me save money. I highly recommend these guys. The manager is pretty great also! Thanks guys for all your help. They really know what there doing!

The truth is, this place leaves a lot to be desired, I went to do an eye exam for my daughter and buy contacts, after 3 months I still don't even have the result of how much magnification is needed in each eye, if I don't go they won't call me to give me what they call test contacts, after several turns they tell me that they should have been given to them from the first day of the appointment, I return for a second appointment to see how it went with the test ones and now I have been waiting for 3 weeks that they call me to give me other tests and even without result of the diopters it needs. Not recommended

I had an eye appointment specifically so I could order my contacts for the year. This appointment was in July. I placed the order for my contacts at the end of the appointment and was told it would be ready in a few weeks for them to come in. Not great, but I could wait.
I call after several weeks. I’ve received no calls from America’s Best, no notice that there is a delay or my contacts are ready. When I call, I am told there was a problem with my order and my contacts will have to be reordered. I reorder the contacts.
I hear nothing from America’s Best.
I call today. IT IS NOVEMBER. To check on my order of contacts. It’s been three full
Months since my appointment when I first placed the order for a years worth of contacts.
After being placed on hold for several minutes I am told that my contacts were never ordered. That there is no record of me ordering contacts.
I am infuriated. I ask them to email my prescription so I can actually get my contacts from another provider. I am told that they don’t do email and I will need to come into the office to get my prescription.
This is an absolutely ridiculous situation. Infuriating. I will never use this office again, I will never refer them again, never. I was never offered an apology, never given an explanation, and I suspect I never will. Absolutely insane.

I was told it wasn’t worth going through my insurance because “they don’t cover much anyway”. I was then quoted $500 for 1 pair of glasses. ($69 lenses) and free exam.
I just paid for the exam and took my prescription.
I went to another place, used my insurance and paid $163 out of pocket for Progressives with all the extras including them changing to sunglasses.
AND found out my exam would have only been $10 with my co pay.
Americas Best lied to me and tried to rip me off.

I understand that my prescription is high, but I don’t understand why they “had a feeling the lab couldn’t do it” but still have me pick out glasses and charge me. Now I have to wait a week or more for my money to be returned to me when I need new glasses and money is tight. I truly wish they would just been up front and say lab most likely won’t be able do it and I go somewhere else or figure out something instead getting my hopes up. Never coming here or any “AmericasBest” shop ever again.

Been customer for few years with no issue. Bought sunglasses in February, barely wear but lens kept falling out. After 2 trips to have lens put back in, I'm now advised a new pair is ordered! John in Midvale, Utah now has a customer for life!!! Thank you!

My reading glasses are only a few months old and have already broken. The arm fell off. I thought it would be an easy fix but when I took them in for repair I was told there was nothing they could do. Cheap product and poor customer service. Never again.

Will never go back. Optometrist screwed up the prescription on both mine and my daughter's glasses. When I asked for a copy of my daughter's prescription for her contacts i was told they couldn't print it. They called the manager, Jeremy, over and his response was there is nothing he can do. They offered me a screenshot of her prescription info but it had none of the info needed to be able to actually order new contacts. I still haven't received my trial contacts after 2 months, and I keep being told that Acuvues just take longer. The staff is horribly unprofessional and doesn't seem to care that this impacts a person's ability to see. We will be finding somewhere else and will have to now pay out of pocket for another exam to get correct prescriptions

this americas best is very u professional my daughter had a follow up visit for a contacts class we came for the appointment on time. the front desk let us know there is only two of them working and the manager called out sick. no one called us to reschedule they didn’t even reschedule in office they just said unfortunately there’s nothing they can do. a worker went to the back to call the manager to see what they wanted her to do and he said to do nothing. no one called us to tell us that they were u available for appointment today no communication very poor customer service the girl had very poor attitude so basically they told me to my face we are not important as a customer and everyone else is able to get assistance but us and i drove all the way from west valley for this appt no communication and poor customer service like it was no big deal. i asked why no one even contacted us they just stared and didn’t have an answer i asked to speak to the manager and the said i cant so there’s no manager managing this office !
