Una póqueria de servicio el de Carolina , hizo que me generaran una deuda de 700 dólares , y se supone que me iban a ayudar y sigo teniendo un cargo de 139 dólares cuando nunca me dieron un servicios , el Peor servicio al cliente , no sabe hacer su trabajo , y solo genera deudas !! Nunca dejen que los atienda si quieren conservar su dinero

My phone locked up, couldn’t get it to do anything- came into AT&T — Terry and Armando explained what could happen with erasing and rebooting my phone — 3 hours later they were still helping me — they truly care — they answer questions - and show me just what needed to be done — I came in almost in tears, very helpful caring guys — I truly appreciate their help !!

Service was terrible, the older gentleman that helped me refused to waive the activation fee for my new iPhone. I’ve been a customer for 6+ years. Don’t hit me with that “the store manager will not waive activation charges” You guys lost a sale and a customer.

Had a problem with my phone, was greeted by Angel as soon as I walked in. He quickly found the solution and had me on my way in about 20 minutes. Great service as always from this location. Thanks again Angel!

2 Stars for Carolina:
. Their attention was not the best. He had no patience with us. His discomfort was evident in every question he asked. For this reason, several doubts remained in the air. To top it all off, he seemed despotic in his attention.
5 Stars for Denise:
. A totally different attention. I had to return a few days later to clear up my doubts. There were many, a product of Carolina's poor attention. Denise was very patient. He cleared up all my doubts.
