The wife and I stopped here because my Jeep rear lights went out. As we were telling the guy at the counter our vehicle information, Rudy walked by and made sure it was the correct information. He then went to grab the light bulbs and offered to switch them for us since we had no idea how to do it. It was cold and snowing and he seemed happy to do it. He went above and beyond and made sure they worked before we drove off. He is an amazing worker and human being for helping us the way he did. It’s hard to find great, let alone excellent customer service now a days! We will definitely be stopping by at this autozone for our car needs!

I should have known when I walked in and saw this particular clerk goofing off and acting un professional. I went in to get rear rotors. While the clerk was getting the parts I noticed he had pulled up on his computer, and was grabbing front rotors. When he returned I double check with him that they were indeed REAR rotors. He said, "yup because they are the heavy ones." I took them home, only to discover they were indeed the front rotors. I was very un impressed at the lack of professionalism and ability to listen to what part I was needing. I don't know if it's because I was a female entering the store or they just don't care to listen to their customers.

Can’t answer very simple questions and tried price gouging my fiancé when she went in, and didn’t even bother to ask if she needed help carrying a battery. Other times we have went everything they’ve given us has been wrong. Save your time and try different stores.

I came into the store and was ignored by the CS on the floor. A woman came in, and he immediately asked her if he could help, even though I had been right there. He went out to help the woman, and I was then helped by the CSM, who was a lot more attentive and helpful.

Inventory is very slim. Went in for some headlights. And the shelves were bare. Asked the employee if they were expecting inventory or if they had some in back he said nope what's there is there and that's it .

Staff was excellent and the store was organized appropriately. I walked in and out with everything I needed and knew exactly where it was. I feel so accomplished in my old age. I do manage my own personal fleet of three cars.

David F and Josh L were super helpful picking my parts for my online order and warranting my brake pads. David even carried my heavy rotors out to the truck for me.

Came in to pick up online order jeff instantly started yelling at me that there not going to have all these parts in stock even tho it stated that they were in stock and stayed online ordering was messed up but ended up having everything in stock very unprofessional and kept yelling at other employees while in store very unprofessional in my opinion

David was extremely helpful and kind. I came in to by my battery checked and turned out that it was bad. He patiently helped me get it replaced and had great customer service skills. Thank you so much for your help!

Jeff was excellent. I bought a new lawnmower battery. He carried it out for me and was such a gentleman.Now he's leaving to move to Florida. That store needed someone with leadership like Jeff. Utah's loss.
