Donald from Autozone in the West Jordan location was incredibly kind and attentive. I was having translation issues and he was very patient while I tried to figure out the correct names for parts. Excellent service!

Only advise is avoid the store manager. She is grumpy and acted like I was a burden for even talking to her. The other employees seemed happy and great, but I would rather drive to a different location than to interact with her again.

Barbra is the absolute most helpful parts and service tech I've ever ever had s chance to work with! An Jeff at this location goes the extra mike also. Fully recommend these folks for parts maintenance equipment.

Drive elsewhere for your parts or service. Even after calling ahead for a part that was set aside, the associates bickered and argued on their roles and we spent thirty more minutes waiting for them to figure things out while the part was ready the whole time, ultimately we received the unboxed part and when we asked if the debit device had tap the manager replied with “what do you think?”. How dare you respond in this way when we did nothing to merit such guile ,other than arrive and apparently interrupt the discussion and ongoing internal associate conflict management at its worst. Shame on the manager treating associates this way in front of customers, taking it out on the customer and for not striving to create customer focused problem solving. Never call a customer stupid, as we arrived to buy this at the only available store upon hearing the female manager tell a customer his choice was stupid as he walked out, we would have walked out as well if we didn’t need this starter this evening! Take measure and pull yourselves together!

Very unprofessional customer service from this location. Very over the top, this is the way it's gonna be kinda attitude from staff. Pushy to say the least. Will not be returning.
