Changing the rewards program to redeem up to $18.95 was great but to only be able to use the rewards for body care absolutely SUCKS!! I get body care items when theyare in sale. I used to love Varh and Body Works. Can't say I feel that way any longer. Very disappointed. 😞

I totally love this store and whatever I got everybody is so nice all of the people that work there they’re all absolutely marvelous and of course they’re there. Product is the best.

Why the hell are we listening to Disney music at full volume on a Sunday afternoon? Annoying as hell. On top of that, had to listen to one team member sing the entire time I was on site. This isn’t your personal radio station.
