Took my VW Tiguan in for an alignment and had a great experience! Kyle was professional, honest and quick, and my car drives perfectly straight now. Great customer service and can't beat the pricing (thanks to Groupon for pointing me in this direction!). I'll definitely be back if I ever need the help of a professional again. 10/10 recommend this shop!

Avoid BeAutoSmart in West Jordan.
A few years ago I took my truck in to get the oil pump replaced after some top end noise. They replaced the pump and sent me on my way. Now, having more time on my hands I pulled the engine to do some more in-depth work on it because of oiling issues that have popped back up. First thing I noticed after taking off the oil pan is that the oil pump is loosely on there, bolts not tightened all the way and a noticeable gap between the pump and block mating surface.
I called to present this issue to BeAutoSmart and they refuse to make things right at all.

I am SO glad I found this shop!! Thanks to Groupon, I found a coupon for an all-wheel alignment (for JUST $64, y'all!) for this shop. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I took the leap, purchased the coupon, and called to schedule. They got me in the very next day and got my alignment done in about an hour & a half, a little less than that, and they also gave me a VERY reasonable quote on a repair that I requested. They didn't try to sell me any extras or convince me that my truck is a rolling deathtrap, etc like some other (predatory) places will. Everyone there was super helpful and honest, I will ABSOLUTELY be returning to this location for ANY & ALL future repairs & maintenance that I cannot complete myself. I absolutely recommend this shop for every reason I listed above! You won't be disappointed!

Front desk receptionist was very nice I will give them that, however I took my van in to get an AC recharge and instead of doing the right thing and stopping production when the numbers weren’t going down (due to my compressor not taking the charge) they went ahead and still charged me (200) for labor instead of letting me know that the compressor was broke and wasn’t taking the charge. I get it, the workers need to get paid but not full price. That’s dealership prices. Not worth it and lesson learned.
