I cannot recommend Body Mechanics enough. As somebody whos fitness levels were shocking due to health reasons,i was so nervous taking that first step, but from the moment i stepped through the door and had a consultation with Cian,i knew it was the right place for me.I love my pt sessions there,Cian,Phil,David and Dee are all amazing trainers,as well as being encouraging and supportive,these guys know what they are taking about. 4 weeks in already and loving each and every session!! The two lads have a wealth of experience and are a fountain of knowledge between them. I came to them having achieved some success previously but needing a change and a challenge. I had plateau'd weightwise and I found myself struggling to stay focused on my goals.
