This is ridiculous. I went to go get help activating my Sim card and the only person there doesn't even speak English!? This isn't even a majority Hispanic area. If you're working customer service you need to speak English as a bare minimum

Upgraded my phone & it was done easily. I went to another Boost in the area & they tried to inflate the upgrade price. This store & staff is would recommend 👌

Went to the other boost down the road first and was so stupid. They were definitely trying to scam me even after I told them that I had gotten off the phone with boost so I came to this store and the girl was great was a big help and didn't understand why the other store was doing what it did. I'll come back her if I need help again.

This is the store that was closed at 8:15 pm when they don't close until 9pm. I DO NOT LIKE DEALING WITH BOOST MOBILE!!

My wife tried to get the Moto G stylus here but the staff member said that he said he had only the Moto G 5g and sold it to her. That was not the phone she wanted. If store gets shipment on Monday and yet the store is out of phones. Better yet why display phones you don't have to sell. Now the store is refusing to give my wife full amount of money back.

I went it to ask about a phone repair being done on my phone since I'd been without one for a month. The lady was quite rude about the whole thing didn't seem to want to help me figure out what was going on. She also was quite impolite when I told her I had to get a new phone through a different carrier because I was getting in trouble at work due to my bosses not being able to get ahold of me. I am shocked at how unprofessional this lady was and how much she talked down on me this is only part of the reason I am done with boost mobile. The other fact is I paid a monthly fee for phone insurance and a deductible of over 100$ and it's been a month of no phone, no updates, no emails, just people telling me they can't help me out. Very frustrating experience to say the least.

Thanks to Alan for helping me find great deals and home delivery included.
Thanks to the information that Alan provided us... my wife, my daughter and I were able to buy very good phones with very good discounts and the best thing was that he brought it to our house
