Juan is simply awesome! I just saw couple bad comments about him, but to me this guy is very cleaver and helpful. I've been there more than once. Juan's English might not be perfec, but he does his best to help his customers, I've seen that myself. In my opinion Boost needs more employees like him.

I cant get ahold of anyone at this location. Anyone know of a good number to call? I purchased a hotspot thing from juan. He said that its been activated when he handed it to me. I get home and the thing wont work.

I went to Boost Mobile to so I could switch carriers. Juan ask me for all the information and proceed to charge me. After he charge my card he proceed to switch my carrier but it did not work out. I told him that while I took care of the issue with my current carrier I would need my money back since I was not going to be able to get the service. He told me that they do not do refunds and they did not make any mistakes.I Juan never told me that THEY DO NO DO REFUNDS Before the charged me and I repeated to him that I was not getting the account with them there fore I should not be charge for something that I am not getting. He still refuse to refund my money. I had to go to my Bank to stop the transaction. Bad service and bad policy.

I almost never go to the Boost stores, but I really needed a phone for my little girl, ASAP! So before I went to any store, I looked up some Google reviews, I saw some nice reviews about Juan, I was wondering who this guy is? I went to this location and luckly he was there.

We all know boost mobile employees rarely speak english well enough to do their job. Its sad but true. This location did AMAZING with helping me get my upgrade even though i came in from 2 other locations and was very very frustrated by the time i came in. Both the employees were very kind and paitent and willing to listen to me complain. They gave me a wonderful experience and convinced me not to cancel my service. Boost mobile is the worst phone service ive ever had but these employees saved me from switching over and loosing my phone number of 4 years. Best boost in the valley by far

I've been with Boost mobile since 2011, & I've never been charged more then the amount I'm suppose to pay. I'm eligible for boost up & they charged more. You lost a customer to that 3rd party store. I do not understand why they're still in business, like they are THE WORST. I know this is not the 1st time they've done this. Like, how do they hire people w'bad English & then try to act like they don't understand me LOL. Please shut this store down because again they have very bad customer service. I live down the street & everytime I drive in to the parking lot to go shopping at Smith's I see a new employer every time. They don't even deserve a star. That's how bad they are. I know you'll read this(Boost mobile store), yeah, GET IT TOGETHER. I do not reccomend this store

i was so excited for my purchase through boost mobile, come to find out the product that i purchased was not compatible with my home. i went back 2 days later to inform them and asked if i could just return it. i have never once had someone argue with me so badly about a return. i was annoyed that she would speak in spanish to some “customer service” person just so i could not understand her. She was not listening to me and i simply just wanted a return. she didn’t want me to return it just so she wouldn’t loose the sale from 2 days prior. my receipt said “returns refundable within 3 days of purchase” i will never buy from boost mobile in my life and every one i know will not return either.

GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My fiancee and I went in today to try and upgrade his phone and open a line for myself. Jess quoted us 270 for both new phones... She made us wait over 30 minutes while she activated it, after the long wait she advised us that we would have to send in for a rebate to receive that price, and that it would actually be 500 dollars. She tried to insist that she had already put it through, then she called her boss and told them (in Spanish, that she wasn't aware we understood) that we didn't have the money, without even mentioning her error. After all was said and done we left empty handed and frustrated. She gave us the manager (Cesar) phone number, we have attempted calling several times but he will not answer. You have just lost two customers!
