“Just started here as a member, and I'm loving it. Some real attention to the small things, which is super nice to see. The whole place is spotless. Friendly and uniformed staff (a rarity). Clean detailing area that's always full of supplies. Vacs, air for blowing out the nooks and crannies (the best addition to any carwash ever), towels, glass and multi cleaner. Love that they have an undercarriage wash (as part of their top wash package). I've been very pleased with the job the wash does on my truck.Hints: Keep a little 10mm wrench in your vehicle to remove your antenna before you go in. Bring your favorite tire shine with you.One suggestion for the ownership: While I do think it's worth the price, I doubt I'll be able to stay on my current membership (Diamond) for long because of how our family budget works. However, I _would_ sign up for a plan that was $15/mo, and allowed me just 2 diamond washes per month. Something like that.Keep up the great work!”

He was not only efficient but also incredibly polite and attentive to every detail of the car wash. My vehicle looked brand new when he was done. I appreciate Isaac's hard work and dedication to making my car shine. I highly recommend this car wash, especially with employees like Isaac who go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!”

“Things I like about this car wash that I don't see everywhere: air compressor at each vacuum station for dusting, spray cleaner for glass and car interior are provided next to the rags, and the employee gives the car a pre-spray before going through the wash.Things I would never want at a car wash: employees coming up to my window when I want to purchase a one-time pass. This is probably a bonus for those who are unfamiliar with the process, but not for me.”

“Since Mister replied to my review, I should leave a reason for missing one star. My last visit, staff is awesome, the wash is great, but the vacuums were lacking on 10/21. Most days it's a hit or miss on vacuum sucking power but other than that, great location!”

“Self service cashwash is old school service. Nothing is perfect and I say that because I lost a few dollars in the machine but I voice my issues to the boss today. No questions asked. He fixed it on the spot. That showed me alot about customer service. Self-service carwashes I hope that it never goes away. You can make it your personal space to clean your car. A relaxing time just you and your car.”

“I only deduct one star because they have a confusing entrance and exit into the parking lot and there is not sign on which way to go into the lanes. I entered through what I was told is the exit as it was my first time at this location and was unfamiliar with this location. She still was happy to help and scanned my membership manually but I would encourage management to install some signage for directing customers on where to enter and exit.”

“Great car wash - the employees are very helpful during COVID with their contactless payment and the wash is good enough for what you pay. I usually get the $12 wash here. One thing I'd like to see are better vacuums and Id like to see them sell air fresheners, that would make this place perfect!”
