Ordered online for local pickup in Stansbury. All 8 chicks are active and healthy. Pickup was easy and proactively shared basic care rules even though I didn’t need it (shows they care). They even had a box and heating pad to take them home in.

My order was ready for pickup when scheduled. Service was prompt and friendly. The chicks were very healthy and are doing great.
