I had an issue and Sarah Alexander handled it with kindness, care and intelligence. What an asset to have. I was ready to never come to a Cinemark again and she completely changed my perspective by being so kind, knowledgeable and understanding. She deserves praise for changing this from a one star review to a 5.

I might just be coming here, to this specific Cinemark, for my theatre going experience. I saw Michael for the third time (second time at a Cinemark) and it sounded like a concert. As it should. That's was clean, staff was nice. The space was clean. The staff and management deserve recognition! Great job!
