Switched to Merrill 3 years ago and have been very, very happy. I used to dread having to put things together and sort everything out hoping that my old accountant would know what to do with my different businesses. Now Merrill is always on top of it, knows exactly what I want to do and makes sure I pay exactly what I owe and not a dollar more. And they are super cheap - but he better not charge me any more.

Merrill does our taxes every year and makes the process so smooth, easy, and financially beneficial. He is very educated and experienced and does everything possible to save us as much as he can. If we have a difficult question, he is organized and has a handbook he goes to and retrieves the answer in seconds. I highly recommend using him and his group.

Working with Shawna Rasmussen, CPA, for the last several years has been awesome. I had a complex mess left for her to sort out in my businesses from a previous CPA which she handled with no headaches for me. I switched to Clark Rasmussen Taylor a few years ago after my previous accountant seriously messed up my taxes. Julie (Clark) corrected my previous CPA's errors quickly and at a very reasonable price; I've used them ever since. My taxes have always been done quickly and accurately. I haven't had a single tax issue since I switched (6 years ago). My dad referred me to them, they have handled my dads business and personal taxes for years. I refer them any time I have the opportunity.
