I don't know what happened to the staff at this location on 11/21/22. Most of the checkers except for mine were in a very bad mood. One was complaining about numerous customers and a little boy playing with his toy gun while bagging my food. My bagger mixed yogurt with cans and cans on top of produce. No one likes bruised fruit. My daughters checker threw her produce to the bagger and bruised her fruit. It was a terrible experience. We could not wait to get out of the store. It was a very negative experience. I am not exactly sure what's happening to customer service these days but it has really gone downhill. I have worked in customer service my entire career and would have been written up for this behavior. I consider myself a pleasant person and am always kind to the staff at Smiths.

The moment I walked in the store after buying girl scout cookies they "profiled" me as a theif all because i wanted to pay for ALL OF MY PURCHASES AT THE END LIKE ANY OTHER CUSTOMER!!! I had 3 different store associates walk up to me like I was stealing something!!! Why would I ask them to hold my movies of I was stealing??? Are you serious? Then i talked to the "active manager" and she was a joke!!!! Said she'd go talk to the associates involved hahahahaha yeah right. I was wearing a face mask because i don't want to get covid yet again and my hood was up BECAUSE IT WAS RAINING OUTSIDE!! So that automatically makes me a theif?? Are you serious?? I will be contacting your corporate office

So, I needed a quick visit for some, "I messed up, please forgive me" flowers, and luckily this place had some! Parking lot was pretty full, but I was able to rush in, grab flowers and head to the self checkout. I can't comment on the customer service .. because I never saw or talked to anyone. Haha!

Very rude man at checkout on isle 16, and Adam his bagger. Don't they speak to anyone anymore? He never even looked at me a d no acknowledgment that I am spending money on his store. Too bad

Their prices are ridiculously high! They want $80 for a $20 dollar pair of Dickie pants. That is insane prices in an insane world! Won't be buying clothes there ever!

New Year's Eve order food for delivery at 11 am to be delivered the next 5 hours. Got a text that will be delivered at 515 pm apologizing for the delay. Never arrived. Called at 7 pm was told that will be delivered by 945pm. Never delivered. Called but customer service is closed. On the web it shows out for delivery by 11 pm or midnight. New Year's Eve dinner!!!! Really? Totally unacceptable and no text with updates. Smith's you must be ashamed for this kind of service. If you cannot deliver better be honest than leave your customers without food on New Year's Eve.

I always thought of Smiths as a little higher class than Walmart but at least Walmart requires their customers to wear masks. For sure a grocery store should be better at enforcing their mask policy. Hairy bearded man NO mask handling multiple products in Produce. MAJOR fail Smith's in. Jordan. I won't be back and ugggh won't be purchasing what I came for....PRODUCE‼

I understand that they close at 8 because of Covid19 but they should all get on the same page. A girl outside who works there told me to run so I could make it and the incredibly rude man at the door told me "no" at 7:56. I literally needed ONE thing (I was there 2 hours ago) and I would have been out by 8. Instead of going there for all of my grocery and household needs, I will be not only shopping elsewhere but urging others to do the same. I SUGGEST YOU DON'T SAY YOU CLOSE AT 8 IF YOU CLOSE AT WHATEVER TIME THE RUDE MAN AT THE DOOR DECIDES YOU CLOSE.

I usually LOVE this location. COVID19 has given the employees at this location the idea that everyone is diseased and they can treat their customers like trash! I have been coming here when I live closer to the 7800S 5600W location for over 5 years, never have been treated like I was tonight. I understand everyone is on edge but the guy blocking the door tonight took it to a level that wasn't necessary. I don't think I will be back.

Me and my dad went to buy a lot of chips and food and we didn't see the Express lane and the manger of the front desk was so disrespectful to my dad he said do you not see the sign and there was no one in front of us or behind us my dad said sorry but he still was disrespectful to my dad worst experience ever.
