**5 Stars - Excellent Service!**
I had a fantastic experience at the Cricket Wireless store! Memphis and Angela were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure I received all the discounts available and made switching from Verizon a breeze. Not only did they help me get set up with Cricket, but they also helped me get a brand new phone! Their professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this store and their outstanding customer service!

This location is absolutely amazing! They stayed way past close to make sure I got my number ported and my service turned on. Angela and Amanda are the best managers/employees ever!

Worst customer service! The lady Rachel who helped me was very sassy and rude. I only went in for a new line and usually I go to the store in Midvale and have never had any issue today when going in the lady couldn’t even add service to my account yet charged me for it!! When asking for a refund she said she couldn’t and that it wasn’t her responsibility that we have already paid and that we didn’t verify before. When asking for a manger she got even more mad , went to the back and was literally screaming at the person in the back the whole situation she was honestly more upset then we were lol… I work in CS and would never treat anyone the way she did, even the other lady working there was a lot more respectful about the situation and helped us a little more. Anyways better customer service and maybe more training since she couldn’t have even told us before connecting the line.

We have had a cricket account for well over 16 years, went into the store today for a couple of issues, could not get any answers because guy behind the counter was rude and insulting.

The guy just claimed he couldn't update my card. He had a melt down about a 5$ update fee and said he couldn't do it...Yikes.
