No, one greeted me when I came in, no one asked if I needed anything, and no one acknowledged my presence. I wanted to aska question, but as I approached the cashier, they looked at me and then back down at their phones. I didn't want to disturb them, so I used self-checkout and left

It seems I’m not alone in the frustrations with this pharmacy location. I just waited 20 minutes in line and right as I got up to the window they looked at me and rolled down the blinds and turned on the lunch recording. I was the last person in line. I had one thing to get that would have been fast and they just disregarded me completely. So even though I was there on time it doesn’t matter. Horrid customer service.

My experience at this location was disappointing. Despite only having 5 cars ahead of me at the drive-thru, I waited for over an hour. The extended wait time was frustrating and negatively impacted my overall impression of the pharmacy service.

Horrible customer service experience every time we have to go. Today 9 people working and could not get assistance for over 20 minutes. Finally left store again without meds.

Nobody answers the phone, I waited on hold for over 45 min, drive through I sat for almost an hour, short staffed all the time. Only reason I use them is because they are close to home and have what I need. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all!

Just sat on hold for a total of 161 minutes and listed to that horrid music loop 128 times minus a few for the time it takes the automated system to understand anything. Every month they mess up my meds and it's getting beyond ridiculous. They are going to kill somebody with this level of carelessness when it comes to medications.

BEWARE they might hand you medications that are bad! I called to report an awful sulfuric smell (meds kept properly etc) and I was told that if I wanted to report it that I had to call the manufacturer!! The pharmacist said she wouldn’t/couldn’t replace bad product. I added that it gave me stomach issues - she couldn’t care less “not my problem”

In a retail environment the last thing an employee should say is: “I don’t know” I got the run around from the front help to the pharmacist with the same, “I don’t know”. With each end happy to pass the problem on to another person. Your employees should be educated about what products are available and how to find out if they’re not sure.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with! Their system changes dates, doesn't accept new scripts, gives wrong info and the staff is rude. Because they didn't stock correctly, I didn't have my meds for almost a week! That happened numerous times and then when my Dr sent an update, the system conformed receipt but 2 days later they had nothing! Go to another CVSI wanted to add, I switched to the CVS on 4100 S & Redwood, within 2 minutes of my doc sending my script, I had a text with a link to get the info! What I said originally isn't a CVS issue, it's specific to the pharmacy at 7777 Redwood Rd.

Hands down the worst customer service in pharmacy. The pharmacist and technicians are the most ignorant and unfriendly people I have ever encountered.

This morning I went to CVS(04/25/23). I was persecuted by the manager at all times and she looked at me very badly... I felt intimidated and discriminated against because she doesn't do the same with others.... I felt frustrated for not being able to do my shopping in peace... They have cameras throughout the store, I didn't understand why harass customers like that. I was not stealing, I was paying alone and if I needed help I would call her for help.
