Super unprofessional and rude. I really hope they get new staff soon at this location. I'm a busy mom. I walked up at 1:30 to pick up birth control. They turned me away with a shrug of the shoulders. I also have to go to lunch late a lot to due to customers. I would never turn them away if they walked up before the window gate closed. Very unprofessional. I hope they all get flat tires and perpetually warm pillows.

Terrible pharmacy. They will stare at you for 15 minutes before they ask what you need. This takes advantage of the kindness of your patrons. Need more help and better service. Its actually worse than what I'm describing.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, the pharmacy employees don’t even acknowledge you and walk right by you and don’t say next or anything. This one needs to be shut down!!!!!!!😖

Five stars for the staff here, two stars for CVS the corporate entity. You may have heard companies market themselves as “customer-centric.” CVS has taken the opposite approach. The disturbing part is that they are in the business of providing medicine. It’s a good reminder of why laws and regulations exist. Good luck voting with your dollar when your insurance company mandates that you use CVS.

This is the first negative review I’ve ever written, but my husband and I have repeated been treated so badly by the women that work here. If you could go to another pharmacy please do so. They have messed up our life-dependent prescriptions multiple times and have constantly blamed us for it. My doctors are very frustrated at them and the pharmacy usually only makes corrections when my doctors call to tell them to redo their work. They will not pick up their phone calls either. Whenever we’ve asked for an explanation they say they don’t know anything. I don’t know if something is going on with the employees there so I don’t want to put the whole blame on them (maybe they’re going through a lot too, that’s why I give two stars), but please save yourself the hassle and choose another pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Every time we have tried to fill a monthly perception for the past 6 months they have given us problems. The worst part about it is the pharmacist is a total jerk and extremely rude. She openly scoffs at you and when you call to try and get things figured out she will just hang up on you when you disagree with her. Worst pharmacist ever.

Absolutely worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! Not once have I had a good experience. IF my prescriptions are ever filled on time the line is INSANE! But my prescriptions are NEVER filled on time and I have to wait. And the pharmacist response “we are not fast food” I waited patiently for my prescription to finish being filled, only took a few minutes…. But with 3 people it took another 15 just to be checked out.

Had to go in 3 times for my medication that wasn’t pulling up. My doctor confirmed it was sent and when I called on my 3rd attempt they said”the insurance didn’t want to cover it”. When I said so, it has been denied by my insurance? She paused for a very long time then said it’s $40 and ready for pick up and hung up on me.!?!? They were extremely rude the other times I was in. I cannot believe they can get away with the horrible service

The pharmacist is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was having issues with my insurance and she was scoffing at me throughout the conversation, giving dirty looks, walking away to do other things while I was in the middle of speaking. Not offering and solutions or help. The staff is under trained and seem pretty clueless and scared to ask for help. I had to come in 3 separate times before I could get my medications.

The new pharmacist is really rude, gives misinformation, reports incorrect data to your doctor and harasses customers about how to use their medications.

This Pharmacy used to be the best around. After the amazing manager left in 2022, it all went down hill. I went to pick up a couple of prescriptions today and the counter was closed off with the sign “Pharmacy closed due to technical difficulties, sorry for the inconvenience!”
I am happy they were not meds I needed today but if someone needs their meds or someone goes to a doctors office and they send them there, they are screwed!!

This cvs (dmv) its getting lame...you fill like you are at the dmv waiting for your turn..workers see a line and they dont help each other to be efficient
