I approached Cyprus Credit Union for a loan for an RV trailer and received an email stating I was pre-approved, needing just a few things, some of which included a copy of the insurance information on the collateral. Therefore, I had to purchase insurance for a vehicle I did not own. I thought to myself, that was easy, so I did. Then my pre-approval status turned out to be a marketing tactic, and a financial institution that is supposed to protect people's investments never intended to approve the loan but just wanted to cost me the money for insurance I would never need. This is not my idea of what any financial institution, which is supposed to protect members' investments, is supposed to do. And when I voiced my concerns, it fell on almost deaf ears, and no effort was made to rectify the errors caused by employees, but I was informed that they would fix the issue so it would not happen again. I say to you all, if you value your money, have no dealings with this institution.

If you want your money literally stolen from you, go to this location. My husband tried to pull money through shared branching but was told he couldn't with a temporary ID. No big deal. He went somewhere else. The problem is that the teller actually pulled the money out of the account and didn't redeposit it, so we are now missing $200. Because it was right at close, we can't get ahold of anyone to get our money back either. I'm sure it'll be resolved Monday, but we needed that money now and no longer have access to it through any means. Absolutely unacceptable.**In response to the business response, that is a lie. It was not until my husband pulled through the drive through after hours and refused to leave until he was acknowledged that our funds were returned. The staff on duty apologized for their error and stated they had just then caught what had happened after counting the teller's drawer. He said the same about funds potentially being held through the weekend, which is also a major concern of mine. Why was money EVER removed from our account before it was confirmed that it was supposed to be, and then to refuse to give us that money back because of the teller error when it could potentially be held from us for a few days? Luckily my credit union processed it immediately so we were able to access those funds elsewhere, but the fact that that money was taken out of the account before my husband's identity was verified is unacceptable. We were considering opening an account with Cyprus to avoid the shared branching issue but will be finding a different option.

Hours posted say this branch is open until 6pm Mon-Friday. I cam at 5 and drive through was closed and front doors locked. Staff was just relaxing on the couch with all lights on. Sadly customer service has declined in my 20 years at this credit union

Gavin was excellent in helping us transfer a compromised account to a new one. He walked us through all the steps necessary to change the bad account to the new one. And he provided us with all the documentation we needed with the new account. Thanks so much!

I so enjoy the personal touch speaking with an actual person. I will not go to the branch on union park for that reason. My teller was efficient but incredible helpful and signed me up for a new feature

Very quick and polite. Help me with my transaction I was trying to withdraw money from the ATM but no luck, and she did it very fast and I was very satisfied with the solution.

Cyprus Credit Union has been our “go-to” since our 50 yr old was 5 yrs old and we opened a savings account for each of our four children. We stay with them because they’re good. We’ve used all their products except a home loan (ours is paid off). The employees are kind, helpful, smart, knowledgeable about our account, know us by sight, and know the banking system. I highly appreciate the stability and trust Cyprus gives. Wouldn’t have my money anywhere else.Thanks, Cyprus!!

Cyprus has some good qualities to a bank. There customer service is at an all time high of loyalty they want to help there customers how ever they can. They greet you when you walk right in.

The teller took my box of change and put it through the machine and was able to give me the cash and it was a great experience. I am really glad that you have the change counter
