I would not recommend shopping at this location ! This store is pretty dirty and smells bad ! shelves are often half empty and they won't even take items out throughout the day.Their customer service sucks ! the worst part is that the managers are prejudiced . So if you are hispanics, stay away from this place!Horrible management !

Always fun to try and find a new to me item and they lots to choose from. Clean and plenty of parking with pretty quick checkout.

I love this place, so impressive. Just before, I was at another thrift store, one that is usually more respectable than the DI. But I walked in, smelled amazing, everything was clean and organized (COLOR CODED) not to mention the amazing prices. I loved the gems that I found here. Only coming back here! Amazing services!!!

Watch your car my friend and me where there park and there shopping looks like someone key the back of my friends car looks it might been some kid because there one scratch on the top trunk and some near the bumper like X's shape back on forth that's very strange.

Great finds, clean, friendly staff. Lots of brand new things and gently worn clothes. Get a whole new wardrobe for the price of a pair of jeans at the mall.

Found what I was looking for pretty quickly and for a good price. Every DI could be cleaner and have a better smell to it. Staff was nice enough.

Tried to drop off donations. Front desk said they aren’t accepting donations, couldn’t say when they would be able to accept donations, couldn’t refer me to a place that would accept donations. Just left it at “I don’t know”.

It's gotten to the point where you pay close to the same amount for these used items as brand new items. The whole point of a thrift store is providing clothing to people that can't afford full price.

I came to the West Jordan location to make a donation. I normally visit the Riverton store, so I was a little unsure about where the drop off/donation would be. When I arrived, the drop off was extremely confusing. There were no signs posted of store hours or where to park/ wait etc... I was unaware the donation service was not open for 5 mins. Several cars were obviously confused as well, because 4 or 5 cars were parked in several different locations waiting for instruction. When an employee came out to give people direction, he was extremely rude and demeaning.

The store is great. The prices are great.Prices on furniture in particular . You can find a great couch for $30-50 or do.We came about 20 minutes to closing with a truck and trailer and picked out a couch. We found an employee in the back who gave us a ticket and said pick it up tomorrow. My husband very politely asked if it was okay if he could take it now. Now is the only day we have a truck as we were borrowing it. He didn’t need any help taking it to the truck or anything he could do that all himself. The employee became very rude and started yelling at him and said if you don’t like it don’t pay. Thought that was a little unnecessary for him to be rude like that.

My daughter and I go to DI all the time most my cloths are from there. I've gotten dishes, furniture, toys and a number of other items.

Very high prices.. many things cost about as much as if you buy them on ebay or amazon.
