DICK'S Sporting Goods in West Jordan is a destination for sports, exercise, officially licensed, and outdoor equipment needs. It carries a wide assortment from top brands, including footwear, workout clothes, sports equipment, camping gear, bikes, kayaks, and exercise equipment. The store is well stocked and clean.
Experiences with staff and service vary. Many are knowledgeable and helpful, going above and beyond to provide helpful information, sending customers where they need to go, and making them feel appreciated and respected. This helpfulness is noted in areas like baseball, golf, fishing, and bike tuning. However, customer service in the soccer cleats section was not great. The system for trying on shoes did not work well in practice, with an employee providing incorrect shoes and being difficult to find, leading to frustration.
While the store may not always have exactly what a customer needs, it often carries items unavailable elsewhere. Pricing experiences can also vary, with one customer feeling an attempted sale was unfair. Overall, it remains a go-to location for a wide variety of sports and outdoor needs.

It wasn't bad but no one could just tell me they didn't have any fishing stuff at that location so I spent more time walking around than I would like. Friendly employees, just couldn't help me
