Shout out to DJ at this location. I've always been pleased with Discout Tire's service and I really appreciate DJ's professionalism and knowledge in helping me maintain my tires. They have had my business for nearly 20 years and they will always have it in the future.

I really appreciate Discount Tires. We needed new tires
because of a push pin in the sidewall of our front tire. And of course the issue happened during the Holiday.
We were able to order the tires on their website yesterday (Memorial Day) the app said we would be to get the tires Wednesday……I called as soon as they opened, they said the tires were coming today. We dropped the car off. Within an hour they let us know it was done. So pleased with their service. Thank you so very much! Thank you Jaden

I had to replace all four of my tires, my spare, and a rim. As well as get an alignment. They were very upfront about pricing and what needed to be done. Even during the process, I had several updates and options. Great service!

I ordered tires on TireRack.com and this was the first suggested tire shop for getting them mounted. They had good prices for mounting and I did a walk-in on Saturday, and was able to pick up the car after less then 2 hours. However 2 things.
1) they broke my TPMS sensor while setting the bead on one of the tires and didn’t notify me. Later that day after getting my new tires put on, the TPMS light on the dashboard came on and started flashing, indicating an issue with one of the TPMS sensor readings. I went back to this same Discount Tire a week later and thankfully since I knew what I was talking about the guy said “he’d take a look” and if it’s broken he would replace it. But this is after I directly had to imply, “isn’t it possible that you guys could’ve broken the sensor during installation? Rather than the sensor battery randomly dying when the other 3 sensors are fine.” After they took off the tire to look at the TPMS sensor they told me it was in pieces and they replaced it for free. But I think if maybe I was a young lady without mechanical knowledge they would’ve told me to piss off and go to the dealership for it or something.
2) The guy said he’d have the receipt sitting in the car when I picked it up the first time, unfortunately it wasn’t there. I also wasn’t emailed or texted one.

This is a great Discount Tire location. We've been coming here for many years. They are upfront and explain what is happening. We've had help with nail repairs and tire warranties. Today, I went to Discount was helped by an amazing employee, D.J., he was helpful and willing to listen. We appreciate the employees and work that we've received here at Discount.

The sales associate refused to repair a flat due to low tread, claiming that the tire was not safe to drive. A different associate here had said that these tires had plenty of life a couple of months ago when they put these summer tires on. Fortunately, another national chain fixed the flat for me with no issue, confirming the safety of the tire.
When checking the car in, the sales associate pointed to the outer shoulder of the tire which had a bit of tread left and said there was some alignment related wear. There was plenty of tire before reaching the wear bar and no baldness anywhere on the tire.
It's difficult to know who to trust with car repair. I liked this store and have gone there for all my tires for years, but it will be difficult to trust them again.

I am really pleased with the service I received today. Zander and Micah are standouts. I was impressed by their commitment to going the extra mile to ensure I was informed about the different opinions and to answer any questions I had. I appreciate their customer-centric approach and will continue to use their service and refer others to it.

Got a leak on one of the tires on my Tesla. They got me in and out in an hour. There was no charge for flat repair. The technicians and front desk were super nice to me. No upselling of any kind. The new store lobby is super clean and tidy with complementary and fully stocked Kuerig coffee machine.

Great people!!
Conner and his staff are on point. I feel educated, safe, and taken care of at this location.
The team is top notch, and full of great people. Definately a chill vibe at this store.
People here feel valued, and care about each other and their customers. We, the customers are a direct benefit of this. Sitting in the waiting room here just feels different than other tire stores. Great communication, clean showroom, and great people. Keep it up guys!!
Special should out to Hailey and Zander. Both were kind, professional, and easy to work with.
