I've been going to Discount Tire for over a decade; I have to say I've always had a great experience. The customer service is always exceptional; they work fast and effective. Prices are reasonable. I've called around and it's the most affordable place. I just got my winter tires and they did a great job!

I got new tires from the Discount Tire store in West Jordan on about 5200 W. and 7800 S. I had previously made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon. When I got there, they immediately helped me, answered all of my questions and told me it would take about a half an hour to change my tires. It turns out they didn’t have the tires I had ordered, but they replaced them with better tires and covered the additional cost. They changed the tires and I was out of there in 30 minutes. This store does excellent work and has always been good to me and my family. I recommended them to anyone who is looking for tires or any of the other services they offer.

Went here for an emergency patch and Pedro saw us quickly and did an awesome job. If Pedro’s manager reads this- give this man a raise- he was very accommodating and my husband was watching like a hawk the whole time and said he did every step a tire repair man should and was very impressed. 1000/10 👍🏼

I had a wonderful experience at Discount Tire. Everyone was friendly, service was speedy, and I really felt like they cared about getting me tired that I needed, not whatever was most expensive.
Extra kudos to the staff (Nov. 15th 4:40) for treating me well even when they were busy.

Fast shop. Had a nail stuck in my tire. Went there around 3:30, left at 4. Fixed the leaks and patches. Did a tire rotation. Helps to call ahead of arriving and asking if theres a long wait or not. Was not charged for the rotation because I had purchased my tires from there originally.

Took my vehicle to have tires rotated, i specifically asked that someone clean drive my car as it's a lease and it goes back in 3 weeks, next thing i see is this filthy guy driving my car out the bay, it's being frustrating when your interior is light and you guys don't put covers on, i requested it before hand because you've turned in my car dirty before on the inside. You've also scratched my log nuts, i requested them put on a rag, and they didn't do it. I'm not coming back. I pay for the service, why can't you listen to your customer's needs, I didn't ask for something that's not doable.

The best tire shop in the world!!
I was in and out within 25 min and no questions asked. Big o was a different story I took my work truck in and the guy said the only time that isn’t busy was early morning. Then proceeded to tell me the wait was 1 hr and 30 min then my truck could be worked on and was quoted 30 to 45 mins a tire. So looking at 2hrs and 30 min + wait.
I will be a discount customer for life!!!!!

Pretty annoying experience here. Brought in my car with rims I had already bought elsewhere, they were the right size rims but needed some specific bolts to make them work. The guy I worked with was knowledgeable but still steered me in the wrong direction a few times, and even after having them write down "EXACTLY" what I needed to buy. The bolts were the wrong size when I came back again. I finally got the right bolts and they got it done. But they changed me nearly 300$ for labor? I bought 4 70$ tires = 240$. I ended up paying 510$ after tax. Labor for what? Putting the tires on and then not being able to get my spacers working after sending me home 5 times with the wrong information in order to make them work? Not to mention, they broke my tire pressure sensors. They worked before they handled my car, and now do not. I told them this after I came back, they claimed to have "reset them" and they are still showing I have low air pressure no matter what. My alignment is now off as well. Id feel comfortable blaming the new rim size but.... THEY DONT DO ANY ALLIGNMENTS HERE. So they sell, rims, tires that could possibly throw your alignment off, but dont do alignments to adjust after selling you new rims and tires? So now I have to go pay another place 100-150$ for an alignment. So back to my point. What was this 260$ worth of labor? Putting the tires on my rims? RIP OFF. Never coming back to a Discount Tire. Useless shop. Go to Walmart tire center. Cheaper and they do alignments and dont charge you more than you paid for your tires in labor.
