I got a haircut, and I absolutely hate it. I asked for long layers and the lady gave me short layers. In the moment when I saw her cutting chunks of my hair, there was no turning back. She styled it and I liked it in the moment. When I got home I saw how much she had cut and how short my first layer was. I’m so upset. Not coming back ever.

Absolutely fantastic service! The staff at luisa salon went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect style for my hair i endedup going with a perm and a taper fade , and their knowledge was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new hairstylist i highly recommend the girl that helped me her name is lupita she's amazing. Over all the salon is very clean and the staff are super friendly 10/10 recommend!!

I got my hair shampoo, deep conditioner and hair styling at this place for the first time. And the only place that I can find who are accepting walk-in client which is very convenient. Jesus really did a great job. I'll definitely go back again. Not to mention I'm just 5 minutes away.

I just had an amazing experience with Jorge. I was a little nervous at first because I don’t speak Spanish (I always feel silly because I’ve had plenty of opportunities to learn and just never got that deep into it) and I didn’t know if he understood what I wanted but I showed him a few pictures and he told me which one was cute. I said my hair is too thick and I’m trying to grow out an extreme undercut and deep side part. He used his phone to translate what he was saying about the shorter side and I thought it was funny because we were saying the same thing. We laughed about Duo-lingo. He used the thinning shears and did exactly what I was wanting with layers and an a-line on the longer side. I realized I appreciated the language barrier because I don’t like much talking when I get my hair done. He quietly sang along with the music and I thought that was cute and fun. I was the only person in there and that was also very appreciated. When he washed my hair he used his fingertips for pressure and not his nails, which I was very grateful for. I’ll definitely be going back. I’m really happy there is a place close to me that isn’t a chain that wont offer to wash before hand. Thank you Jorge!

I really liked this place, I saw it was a newer salon and went to get my haircut done there. The guy who did my hair was really nice and he did a great job. So my husband went to go get his haircut and the place he usually goes to was closed so I recommended he go to this salon because I thought it was a nice place. There were two men there and a girl, the girl ended up cutting his hair and at first I didn’t mind at all I didn’t even think anything of it he has had plenty of women cut his hair, and I’ve had plenty of men cut mine, I went shopping at the grocery store and came back later, when I came back the girl cutting his hair was really rude the whole time I was there. She was quite literally laughing at me and then asked my husband if I was jealous of her? I didn’t make a huge thing out of it but I just thought it was really rude and unprofessional. She also was using a straight razor and cut his face up everywhere. This review isn’t for me to say never go here or they do a terrible job. I’m just trying to give constructive criticism and feedback. It’s very rude and unprofessional to treat people like that and especially laughing at me, she made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcomed, there was NO reason for her to ask if I was jealous of her. There was no reason for her to be flirting with someone that was clearly in a relationship. I was being nice to her and trying to bring this place more buisness because my family and I are always looking for small places to go that do a good job and I especially liked that they speak Spanish. I even told my whole family about it. After that happened I will definitely never be going back or recommending this place to anyone else. Honestly the lady cut his whole face up using a straight razor too, but on top of that she was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. So we will definitely not be going back. No point in going somewhere we’re going to get treated like crap for literally no reason.

Lee's a great hair stylist. One of the few I've been to that can confidently cut my hair. Really fast and efficient and consistently gives me a fresh clean look. This is now my new main barber shop!
