My experience with extra space storage was great!
Hyrum was fantastic with helping me finding the right storage unit.
He explained everything in detail and was really thorough with the information given.
This is the second time using this location, and i'll definitely continue using this location in the future!

On site manager came in on his day off to assist me with biometric lock. Help me get it working and came back a little later to make sure it was working very friendly

A little expensive, but secure. easy enter/exit, helpful and responsive. It would be 5 star, but their rates are a little tough to swallow.

I currently rent here, my husband and I moved all of our belongings into a storage unit at this location back at the end of April. I paid four months in advance, and when I originally spoke with someone on the phone, they were very helpful with everything and almost overly kind. I had read some reviews that said this location likes to price gouge, but the person on the phone assured me that this would not happen to me when I mentioned this. They said over about a year I would only see a 10% increase at most. Our monthly rate is only $85 so over a year only having to pay $10 more a month was completely fine with me. Again, When I shared my concerns multiple times about the reviews on this location and price gouging, they once again assured me that this would not happen to me. Our four months is almost up and I just got something in the mail saying that my monthly rate would increase by over 200%. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will be calling tomorrow about this and will update my review depending on how this situation is handled.
