“I give the doctor I see a 10 and normally the staff. However, today I asked if I could call later that afternoon with my cc info or pay on my chart because my paycheck hits at 3. There response was no, they won't check me in without payment. I've come here prior to Kerry cox for over 13 years! I've had that issue 1 other time and they allowed me to pay it later that same day. I've never owed a balance ever. I'm coming on for a 10 min medication check”

Rachel Richard is amazing & really takes her time listening. She’s the first doctor I’ve had in years who i truly believe cares & wants to help get to the bottom of things. They have a texting system and get back to you quickly. Very efficient, which is hard to come by these days in the medical field.”
“I've been going to Jordan Meadows and Hunter medical since I was just a kid. I've seen every doctor that practices there and I can tell you there's not a single one there that doesn't give their all for their patients. These people are like family. I mainly see Dr civish now. He helped me get back on my feet after my parents were killed in 2018. I still go in monthly and he always takes the time just to check in with me. Make sure I'm doing alright. When word gets out about something that has to do with my parents the whole office comes and talks to me. Gives me words of encouragement or just a hug. My mom was the one who used to bring me in there so they all knew my mom too. There's not another place like this. I owe alot to these Drs I don't know if I would be doing as well as I am today without their help. If any of you see this, thank you. You saved my life and I wish nothing but the best for all of you.”

“Nice pharmacy with nice people, but they need more front counter workers. They rarely use all of the windows that are available and the line can be long. Also disappointed as it doesn't have a drive through. I realize the location makes this difficult, but maybe they could do a pick-up option? Where you park your car and someone runs the medication out to your car? Just an idea.”
“Joseph Dragon makes you feel at ease and comfortable from the start. I have been twice and both times he was very pleasant and explained things to me as though I was a patient and not just a number. I had a procedure that takes a few weeks to show its effectiveness. I will update this post at that time.
UPDATE: I have to say that the PRP is worth it if you have terrible joint pain. It was simple and painless.”

“I have gone to this clinic for several years and feel the care have been very good. All the interns are greatly supervised by experienced doctors and bring new ideas as well. Seven years have passed since I wrote the review and five years ago I finally left the clinic. I sincerely feel that the attitude changed and now once you reach a certain age (70-75) the interns and most of the doctors have one diagnosis and one treatment which is that the patient is now "so old" so give them some "pill". The doctors where I switched are again interested in looking for the causes of ill health and not just in masking the symptoms.”

The other day a 6’5” man was being demanding, demeaning and bossy to a male phlebotomist working in the clinic and he navigated it in a professional and de-escalating way. I admire this phlebotomist for his self control and discipline in dealing with such a pill of a client. Dr. Wilkinson, Dr. Lee and medical assistant Danielle are superb.”

“Overall this is a great doctor's office. All the doctors and PAs have been great in working with appointments and helping when we need medical assistance! I was able to to a tele-appointment for a separate issue during the covid situation and it was a positive experience and more convenient than going into the office. Every appointment in office since has been great.”
