Everyone here is consistently on top of it, friendly, knowledgable and kind but best of all is Scott. He is a joy. In fact, for the time I have spent in your city of West Jordan, he is the most delightful person helping me in any customer service.

His name is Scott. He’s so rude. Somebody need a dress I will request the store Please talk to Scott how you respect Customer he’s so rude. He said he don’t wanna accept a package no reason why is the toys? OK it’s so rude. I’m not comfortable. Come back again here.

that’s not nice 11 minute store close early listing say on the door sign says close 7 PM but he already closed like 649 lock the door. I’m requesting Manager . why are you guys close early? If you have a short hand, I’m not sure what happened? There are four people standing in there doors locked. It says 11 minute to 7pm

The manager at this location is very rude. We were trying to get some photos scanned and put on a USB as well as some copies printed. There was no one else in the store he told us to do it ourself and the self serve area because it would take them 2 days to do it. Let me also say me and my mom were the only people in the store. we took our items to a different place.

Dillon provided the best, most professional, patient, and skilled service we've ever gotten at any FedEx. We came in shortly before close and were there till a bit after close with a circus--my screaming toddler nephews, my wife, and I helping my sister in law make copies, print and urgently mail a series of important documents. Dillon was insanely patient and helpful throughout. He is the MVP. Please give that man the next promotion opportunity.
