I went there and was looking for something ive bought awhile ago. I tried to ask a guy that works there about it. He had his ear buds in listening to music. I went upfront and ask the young lady the question. She was polite and answered it for me.

It was a fun store but they didnt have a lot of items in stock. The store was a disaster. Some parts of the store i couldn't even push my cart through. The people at the register where nice though! Im assuming they are short staffed which i totally understand! I was just sad there wasn't a lot of items in stock.

We barely got a foot in the door at 6 pm before the lady at the front started shooing us out stating they close at 6 on Sundays. Their official website has the same hours

When in their Christmas shopping to buy kids toys and they went to the I went to the cash register I checked out they wouldn't give me a receipt you had to pay for your own bags which is ridiculous if your store you should provide them

Tried to get help for item on top shelf from an employee who was organizing products but she couldn't be bothered.
Its probably because she wanted to hurry before store closed in 30 mins.
Was a crowded evening and I decided to leave items and find what I needed at another place.

We lost a purchase from another store here. A wonderful employee found it and saved it for us! We went back the next day hoping they had it and they did! The store stays quite clean compared to most five belows.

The store is great. Lots of stuff. Lots of things to choose from. However, there is one thing that does bug me.
Some of the employees here are not friendly at all and do not care to help you. I asked this man how much the Christmas tree pop up was and he said I need to look around. And by the way, I looked already. That’s why I asked him.

Such a fun cute store, until checkout! What a freaking joke. They are extremely rude, make you feel like you're stealing when you're not. They are super pushy about having to check you out at a freaking self check register.
Totally makes me not want to shop here ever again. Get off my freaking butt and I can check my freaking self out. How annoying!!!!!!!!

Shockingly bad customer service. Like, reallly bad. The store was in such complete chaos it was difficult to even navigate. Piles of boxes, shelves at the back of the store were in complete disarray and product littering the floor throughout. Will never return nor recommend.

Hit and miss. You can find great items and absolute junk. It's a hot mess inside. Always a ton of kids which helps explain the mess. Great spot for holiday filler items or basic inexpensive birthday gifts if you can handle the chaos.

What a cluster! Looks like the warehouse truck backed into the front doors and just dumped everything in a pile. Absolutely no organization. Very few things are priced. What a mess! I won't be coming back and won't be recommending this location to anyone. Disaster.

I recently placed an online pick up order for two items and six items were shown as available at your store. By the end of the day, I was notified that my order had been canceled due to lack of availability. It appears that the online inventory does not accurately reflect in-store stock, which is misleading and disappointing.
