This location is pretty clean. I'm greeted by the employees each time I come to the store. My ONLY complaint is that they need to switch to a checkout lane with a cashier instead of having all self checkout stations. All 8 are closed each time, besides one that an employee ends up doing for you. So lines are backed up, and it does get frustrating. That's all.

Waited in the parking lot for 20 mins. Google says store opens at 930 am walked in and was rudely yelled at that they don't open until 10am. Then changed your damn hours online

Associate (Osiris) was very rude, telling customers it’s fine to come in but need to hurry up because they’re closing. We understand that the store was closing however there is a nicer way to let customer know and it’s not with an attitude.
My husband also respectfully let her know that she was not very hospitable and that she didn’t need to be rude to PAYING customers. Where she commented she also has a life.

Oh man, this place was so messy! The whole experience was unpleasant because of how unorganized it was. Definitely need to have more staff so they can zone the store.

Good business ruined by disrespectful bigot who rushed customers through the check out line. 1 star only to the lady kind enough to help me in that store.
The store itself boasts progressive and forward-thinking items tarnished by embarrassing backwards employees.
I was checking out my items at the Jordan Landing location where I purchased $200 worth of items.. There was only one cashier helping people in the checkout area. I was focused on having her scan each item correctly as she had distractedly scanned one of my items twice…As I was doing this, there was a male clerk who stepped in to check out other customers at another register… apparently, their self-service registers are not an option anymore.
He made me feel rushed and insignificant as he clapped and shouted the words “chop chop “. It was embarrassing as I hurriedly and blindly paid for my items so I could get out of there. I called and made a complaint to a manager seemingly unpresent in managing his employees.
Seems as if rudeness is what you can expect when making large purchases here- patrons to a business do not deserve to be rushed like that. Not likely to return to this location.

i had a super awkward experience at this location, all lanes closed. one employee checking everyone out, did not great us or say anything had to awkwardly approach her. checked us out, told us it would be 5 cents for a bag. i said no. after i swiped my card she brought it upon herself to quickly give a 10 on the rating prompt. uhh, i the customer would have not given a 10. your employees shouldn’t be rating the store or themselves on behalf of the customer. just a weird experience overall. Service was terrible we went to the self checkout and was told to wait for an employee to help. It’s a self checkout!!! and we were told it was five cents per bag and to pay for it next time. We already paid for it and didn’t understand why she told us otherwise. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Poor customer service from cashiers and Management. Had issues with your cashier and Management came up and before even asked what the problem was started giving attitude as well. If you see a customer having issues with your employee, maybe talk to the guest maybe there was an incident with your employee but no it’s just easier to yell at the customer.
