The company sent me an expired code so I ended up paying more than I planned on then the lady that cut my hair did an awful job. It wasn’t even. I asked her to cut a portion that was sticking out her response was “I can try but there is nothing to grab on to” I’ve quite literally had better hair cuts that I did myself. No regard for what I wanted just what she wanted to do and what her notes said. I didn’t have time to correct her and get it done properly either. Then when she got no tip because of her terrible job she told me To “have a nice day” in a sarcastic tone. I’ve had good experiences here but this hair stylist today sucked.

Great clips in Jordan Landing always treats you with professionalism and respect. Cathy always cuts my hair, unless she is too busy, and does a wonderful job. I like that I can check in online from home and receive updates on the remaining time when waits are long, like today. When I initially checked in the wait was 45 minutes, I was able to finish up a few things at home and headed over when the wait was down to 15 minutes and got right in when I arrived at the salon. I have been going there for a few years now and will continue to use this location.

It’s been a long week with my father in low in the hospital from a heart attack. I haven’t had the time nor the energy to be able to wash my hair. I went to this location to see if I could get a wash and dry. I was told that if I wanted a hair cuts, they could take me immediately. But for a wash and dry, the wait would be an hour and a half and they wouldn’t dry it because it would take away from the hair cuts. I was treated as if I wasn’t asking for the service for free and like it was an inconvenience to the stylists. I’m a paying customer and should be treated as such and not meant to feel like a burden at an establishment meant to do hair.

I just wanted to tell you how satisfied and happy I am with Great Clips in West Jordan, UT. At the Jordan Landing shopping center salon.
The service is always, always excellent. The stylists there are always happy and friendly and treat all the customers great! The place is always clean and just the right temperature. I have been going there for years and just had my hair cut today and once again, excellent service. Thank You Great Clips! And thanks to the great stylists that work at the Jordan Landing Great Clips in West Jordan, UT.
