Twyla at the post office / customer service is super rude. Both times I’ve dealt with her she has been super rude and just had an overall bad attitude like I’m inconveniencing her. I was doing a return and while I was talking to my wife to see what she wanted me to do she made a comment to another customer saying “I don’t know he’s to busy over there arguing about it” while throwing her hands up….if she is miserable at her job she shouldn’t work here.

So, I come in to the deli almost everyday with my husband. Deedee is the guy who helps us all the time, kindest soul around. We came in today, and we both saw him outside waiting for a ride it looked, he seemed very sad from his face. My husband had a gut feeling he was let go. That man never frowns, so I also believe he was let go. We didn't stop to ask him. But we only started to have a positive experience in your kitchen when that young man was there. If we find out you guys fired him or cut him loose, I can promise you that we will never give your company a single penny ever again. There's only a few good people who work there who genuinely care about their job and can smile, and I believe they're not even in management. Just regular workers. If they are gone, so are we. I literally live 2 minutes from Smiths and I only travel longer for the good kind employees at this store. There's so many people who work here that are always grumpy and then you got others who laugh and smile. We get our bread, cakes, steaks, deli boars head cheese, and soups there. But again, if those nice workers are gone, I'd rather deal with smiths and give them my money. Do better. I see Bob there often and he always assures us that you guys are grateful for our business here. If you fire the people who make our trip worth coming with our family, we will not shop here. I pray that young man is still employed and was just tired and not feeling well.

Bakery! When in the 24th of December, I asked for a cheesecake they had in the shelves, she couldn’t get to it , was too lazy to move other cakes to get to it, she asked if I can choose a different one cause that one was to far, I said sorry I want this one, she finally gets the one I wanted and when she’s covering it with the plastic lid, she used a small size and damaged the cake from the edges and just didn’t care!!

Asked an associate if there was a product I'd seen at another Harmons in stock and they looked at me didn't say a word and wandered away.

I use to love the Kombucha pink lady apple drink. I drank it almost every day for 5 years. Really help with some stumic issues. However the past 5 months I have bought 6 bottles from this harmons and they all tasted so gross. Instead of the normal favor that I loved and know very well since I've had it for 5 years. Now it tastes rotten and so gross. I don't fully blame harmons (unless they aren't storing them properly)

Are your cashiers trained to comment on customer's purchases as a way to make small talk? Please don't. It's awkward. It's a reason I stopped shopping at the Taylorsville location. The cashier and bagger commented in detail on a bath bomb I bought for my wife, saying how they were both allergic and couldn't use them. Why?! I did not need to know that. Scan my items, let me pay for purchase, and let me leave. Thank you.

They sell you MONTHS expired food! I know there is a staff shortage but it is no excuse to sell yogurt that has been expired since January 29!!!! Its absolutely disgusting that they will sell those items with no regard to the safety of the consumer

Nice store with nice products. Carries great brands, like sustainably sourced Tony's chocolonoly. It's one problem is it's slightly expensive.

I really like shopping at Harmons. Clean store, pretty good selection of items. But, I won't be buying produce here anymore. I think a lot their produce signs are deceptive. Just an example... iceberg lettuce at Walmart is 1.74 each, at Harmons the sign is 1.39. Wow, great deal, I'll buy 2. Then you get to checkout and see the price is over 5.00. The clerk explained it's 1.39 per pound. I had several experiences like this. I should not have to read the fine print on everything in produce. I'll go to Winco, Lucky or Walmart for my produce, their pricing is straightforward.

Came in to grab a drink and almost slipped and fell down on a puddle of dog pee that the workers weren’t making any attempt to clean up, in fact four where standing around it having a conversation. One employee had to catch me from falling. It was only after I asked them if they had a wet floor sign to put out that they got one out. Be careful when shopping here, not only for potential spills that employees leave sitting around but for the puddles of dog pee that employees seem fine with leaving uncleaned
