I really like shopping at Harmons. Clean store, pretty good selection of items. But, I won't be buying produce here anymore. I think a lot their produce signs are deceptive. Just an example... iceberg lettuce at Walmart is 1.74 each, at Harmons the sign is 1.39. Wow, great deal, I'll buy 2. Then you get to checkout and see the price is over 5.00. The clerk explained it's 1.39 per pound. I had several experiences like this. I should not have to read the fine print on everything in produce. I'll go to Winco, Lucky or Walmart for my produce, their pricing is straightforward.

I stopped shopping at Smiths due to poor customer service.Cashier Melinda was impatient and rude today.Caden at the deli was cheerful and friendly. However, lunch meat and sliced cheese was mangled.Ask your cashiers to be a little bit more friendly. Just spent over $200 to get the cold shoulder.

Went to the Deli, and Brandon was a huge help. Was able to help me quick and got me my family dinner nice and fast. Highly recommend the Deli here! ?

One of the worst trips so far.. everyone was rushing us and made us feel like an inconvenience no matter what. From the cashiers to the cart collectors, we were just “in the way”. Very unhappy with our trip today!

Whitney was great! I’ve done e ship a few times and this was the easiest it’s ever gone and she was kind which isn’t required but it helps! Thank you again Whitney!

Just this location is awful. Sold me expired moldy bread and cake. Different occasions too, a couple months apart. Makes me come to conclusion this store never checks their expiration dates for stocked items.

Went in to grab some food from their salad bar, which was great! At check out, there was a very nice man helping me. There was a lady behind me, she asked if she could hurry and grab something before checking out and the cashier told her yes. As I’m grabbing my change, another employee (Lisa - grey hair and glasses) comes into line, putting her stuff down, completely cutting off another lady who’s in line, and passive aggressively pushes the lady’s (who went to grab something) cart into me, to where it rolls and hits my leg. I politely tell her that this isn’t my cart and it was the lady behind me, i tell her she also cut off the lady behind her and she proceeds to say “snooze ya lose”I understand some times people have their off days but this is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t make me want to come back to this location. As someone who works in customer service, i would want to know when one of my employees is acting inappropriately. I spoke with your manager and she was extremely apologetic about the situation so thank you to that manager.

As usual I get my groceries and hit the self check out except something different happened. I was prompted to tip…. WHO?!?! my bagger? That’s me! My Cashier? Me again! The drive and load? You guessed it me again! Is the tip for the kid that just stands there? I’d get fired if I just stood around but Harmons wants you to tip their person for just standing there? Like hey kid here’s $5 for saying “Have a good day” bug off Harmons

Twice now we have come to the store for a salad and both times the salad bar has been out of several items. Tonight there was no lettuce! Store managers could care less. Never again.

I ordered a birthday cake in advance for my husband’s birthday. I advised the employee at the bakery who it was for and the occasion. The employee was nice and friendly and since I didn’t have any other specific requests she said she would have the decorator “do her magic”. Good enough just make it birthday themed. When I picked it up it was plain. Nothing but Happy Birthday written. No sprinkles or contrast in the cake. Ok fine. Our definition of “doing magic” differs. It happens. I’ll add my own sprinkles at home. But this was the driest flattest cake I’ve had. The cake was left in an open box to sit all day. Normally I would have refused the cake but at that point I didn’t have a back up plan . I didn’t know it was possible to be sad while eating cake but it is.

Here’s to my first grocery store review!I sure hope the owners at this location are giving every credit, appreciation, and pay increase to their employees, because if anyone deserves they do.Your employees, push through the toughest days and make this entire building and store the neighborhood in itself.Regardless of the day! They make sure you are seen, and treated as a valued customer.Endless love to the employees and a particular manger that deserves a raise and more - she deserves a week paid on a beautiful vacation.Value your employees, because they are not only the faces and marketing, they are your actual value.Thank You -To those employees who have always turned the day around, being kind humans and truly enjoying who they are.

Worst meat department I've run across. Wife brought home steaks today. She paid $28.99/lb for PRIME Rib Eyes. There is absolutely no way possible that these were rated prime. They had horrible marbling, but the outer fat ring was think and definitely should have been trimmed. Steaks were also NOT TENDER AT ALL. We always buy out meat at Costco but she was at Harmons already. NEVER AGAIN!!! Horrible butcher department.

Chicken tender meal for life! The salad bar is also delish. This Harmons seems to always have the essentials in stock. Even during the great COVID pandemic of 2020 this Harmons had our cheese totinos, cotton candy yogurts, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Sure you pay a little more, but well worth the accessibility.

I want to love this Harmons. When they’re stocked, they have more gluten-free options than any store in the area. The store is well laid out and easy to navigate. The only problem is they NEVER stock anything. It has now been 2-months since they have restocked any of the gluten-free snacks they carry, as well as other items. It’s absolutely insane how bad they are with inventory. Even if they restocked once a month I’d give another star, but over a month is just straight up negligence of inventory. This place would be 5-stars if whoever was in charge of inventory knew what they were doing.
