Never disappoints. Always has what I need. Most of the time when I actually need to talk to a salesman about something, or need an associate to cut some wood, or pipe, or chain, or a key, it takes forever to find someone.

This is for Chris in the rental section. He completely turned my day around. All I wanted to do was rent a carpet cleaner. I went to my local Home Depot and was treated like a stupid woman who didn’t know anything. The man was disrespectful and was treating me poorly because I was asking about the attachments that were supposed to be included but they just “didn’t have any”. If it wasn’t for Chris at the West Jordan Home Depot I probably would have never stepped foot in another one.
Chris not only apologized for the other jerk, he kindly showed me how to use the machine without treating me like I’m stupid, helped me with the cleaning solution, manually entered in my information because the systems were down but all while he was supposed to be on lunch 2 hours prior. That’s customer service!!

Very poor customer service. Rented a stump grinder, it was dull and not working. Called in to see if we needed to just bring in the attachment or the whole machine in. The gentlemen that took the call was very rude and hung up on my husband. So my husband had to drive in to resolve the issue. My husband never raised his voice, just mentioned he had been transferred several times over about 20 min. And was just trying to see what he needed to do. The gentleman on the line was very short and no help. We will seek other rental options over going here in the future.

Worst Home Depot around , especially don’t work there , not only did they never provide sufficient safety protocols so I nearly hurt myself 4 times , I put in my 2 Weeks and they never gave me my finally check , truly a poorly ran store the workers seem like they hated there life and job

We had Donna over in window coverings and blinds help us and she was amazing! She gave us great recommendations, we ended up having to go to a different Home Depot to get the correct sizes. We will be coming back to this Home Depot because our initial experience was so great!

Bought two big cans of wall texture, one worked great and the other seemed to be defective and product wouldn't spray. NBD. Tried to trade for exact same can to try again and the girl at the returns desk couldn't be bothered to go through the actual exchange process and just told me "you can go" but never gave be a receipt to show proof of the exchange. When I questioned she seemed so annoyed and scribbled "exchange" on a piece of scratch paper and handed it to me...uh, what? Another visit, needed to return an unopened item that we didn't need and I was with my husband, they asked for I.D. for the return to give me store credit (it was really me making the return as I was the original purchaser) but he was faster with his wallet. I attempted to use our store credit just now on another purchase and they told me that my husband had to be there in person inside the store in order for me to make my purchase using my store credit. Are you kidding me??? What an absurd policy and makes things so much more difficult for the customer. My husband is rarely with me when I'm making home improvement purchases, what a joke.

Ryan, Andre and Malakai in tool rental were able to help me in my time of need. They were super knowledgeable and were able to help me solve my problem. When I went to checkout Bryanna made checkout quick and easy and was super friendly. Definently coming here again

I came in looking for a weird connection for a natural gas line. Terry was beyond helpful taking the time to help me find all the pieces I needed. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Everything worked great.

Your debit card machines are a joke! It takes longer to use your self checkout than it does to shop. Not worth it. Shopping at Lowes.
