We used this management company for two years. They were great at finding tenants and getting the house rented out. Over the last year we didn’t need them because some family friends moved into the house.
We used them to write up the rental agreement.
We had all plans of using them to keep it rented after our family friends moved out.
Our first tenants moved out early and didn’t pay some of the last month rent. Had damage done to the carpet and broken lights Scott and his team jumped in and started dealing with all the legal side of things to collect that rent.
Over the first year we would call and get the occasional text saying they would check with the lawyers and get back to us but not once did they give us an update.
It has now been almost two years now and we have not got any information about it. I have called several times with no response back. After several months and several phone calls I finally got a text saying that they would call me the following day with updates. It has now been a few days and we are back to zero communication and not responding back.
His prices are great. but the lack of communication we got from him and his team was the reason we didn’t feel the 5 stars was appropriate.

Scott and team have been super easy to work with. Home was readied and rented within a week…. Entire process was seamless! We live out of state and have total peace of mind knowing our home is in safe hands! Mahalo Scott and Team???

I'm not really sure if I can express adequately just how much Scott did for us, but I'll try. We've owned a rental property for 7+ years and used Scott for just over a year. This was our first experience with a bad tenant. Long story short, we dealt with hoa violations, police being called out multiple times, and eventually a nasty eviction for refusal to vacate. You can get away with an average or just ok management company if the tenants are good. But if you are trusting your asset with someone and the tenant and circumstances aren't great, you want the best management company possible, you want HRG Management. Scott proved himself so many times by advocating for our best interests. He shielded us from so much during the eviction process and handled all the legal side. When our tenant refused to move out after the lease was up Scott continued to work until our asset was back in our hands. He protected our property as best he could. It was a series of terrible situations, but they would have been so much worse if we didn't have him helping us navigate them. I would recommend him again and again to anyone that wants a company with integrity. Their rates are so fair for the level of care and expertise you are getting. Don't hesitate, just give him a call.

They are amazing! Highly recommend.
They told me before they started managing my property that their goal was for me to basically be able to forget about all house management and just see rent come into my bank account and they have lived up to that goal. They have exceeded all of my expectations. They are so communicative. They look for opportunities to save us money on any repairs needed. In one instance, they went out of their way to get multiple quotes without me even having to ask and saved me thousands of dollars for a repair. Truly, I feel like I have someone taking care of my home. I am not some big-time investor. I am a normal person so every time they do something to save me a couple extra dollars it makes a difference in my life. They are always on top of things. We are so so grateful to work with them!

Initially I was skeptical how would HRG work with such a low monthly fee structure but after working with Scott I really need to say undoubtedly it is one of best and top property management group in Utah. Scott has been wonderful with us, professional and smooth with transitions during lease breakages as such. I referred couple of friends and they are happy as well.I would definitely recommend to anyone !

Scott and Kyle moved quickly to get my property marketed, leased and tenants moved in. After being put on the market, a lease was signed and sent to me in one week. So far the process has pretty much completely hands off for me and they have been there to answer all my questions and provide me with everything that I've needed.After vetting many PM's I found HRG to also be the best priced. And for the amount of knowledge and experience they seemed to have, it was an easy choice for me.

My property was a mess. The bad tenant moved out the moment Scott was involved. We got all of the paper work done online/via e-mail, and I never had to go anywhere to hire him. I was working full time and simply didn’t have the time to baby sit the property anymore. Once the tenant left the house had a terrible nicotine smell, the carpets were a mess. Scott got his team there right away and the house was painted and ready in ONE WEEK! After the painting was done Scott got his team of professionals to show the house and we have a new tenant in 5 business days. Scott worked closely with me each step of the way keeping me informed and included in all decisions around the property. I am so thankful to have found a team who excels in costumer service and integrity.

Kyle and his Father Scott are wonderful realtors and wonderful people excellent communicators I rent a town house from them in South Jordan they are super responsive with everything when my heat was out they were so prompt and fast on fixing it right away they are truly amazing super patient on rent and I’m happy I plan on renting from them long term and buying a house from their propertys they have available. I can’t complain I love my place and the costumer services is excellent I’m close to everything and Kyle is the best realtor and his father Scott they do an excellent job making us tenants happy. God bless them both they are truly the best realtors I’ve met and any time I I need help with my townhouse kyles always there to help thank you HRG Management for making us tenants feel like family and welcome you guys are amazing! I highly recommend many rent properties or buy a house from Kyle and Scott they are truly wonderful people and very helpful on finding the best properties for you!
