Great staff! These guys were super helpful and went above and beyond to provide the best car buying experience. There was an issue with the AC that I hadn't noticed. They noticed it while getting the car detailed for me to take and did the repairs. I had to wait an extra day to take it home, but it saved me a trip to the repair shop later. The honesty they showed was more than I have had with any other dealer.

I’ve always bought private sale. So, I was a little reluctant about negotiating a sale with a dealership all the way from NV, for a rebuilt vehicle I couldn’t even see in person first. When I found this 2019 GMC Canyon, I knew it was the truck I wanted. Danny was 100% on top of corresponding with me to get any answers, info, images, or video, I needed to make my decision easier. Kamran did an outstanding job of informing of the extent of the rebuild, purchase break down, and worked with me and my loan officer Stephanie Jones (Elko Federal Credit Union) to make this sale more seamless than I could have ever expected. It only took a short test drive and few swift signatures, after arriving at the dealership, and I was back on the road heading home. Thoroughly impressed with this find! Thank you Image Auto for making my first financed deal memorable.

This dealership is of the complete worst quality, don’t do business with them if you care about getting a quality car. I bought a car from them about 6 weeks ago and was told that the car was recently looked over and certified to be in great mechanical condition. They lied and added things to the transmission fluid to make it seem like the car was running well. In the few weeks I have had the car the issues have returned and these guys refuse to take any responsibility and won’t even help with mechanics expenses. If you’re looking to buy a car, stay far away from Image Auto. They will try and rip you off in any way they can.
