  II've had nothing but issues with it since I bought it, engine, brakes and rotors, I believe the fuel pump needs replaced and the fuel filter too!! There's also a recall on the car and now I wish I had never bought it 😭 they replaced the engine 3 months ago (only had it 4 seven months) and guess what, it's doing the same thing the first one did. No power, engine light, I want them to take this car back!! I'm not paying for something I can't drive. See ya in court!!

  Do NOT buy a car from Image Auto! We bought a “certified” car from them and it was a huge MISTAKE! Just 36 days after we bought our SUV, my husband was driving our kids home from an activity and tried to turn and the steering mount broke. It took the tow truck driver over an hour to get it onto his truck. We towed it to a repair shop and they told us that the vehicle had clearly been in an accident and was NEVER repaired. They gave us a long list of things that were damaged from an accident that needed to be fixed. We called Image Auto and asked them to make it right. After accusing us of thinking they had purposely sold us a broken car, they said that the “best” they could do was pay for HALF the tow to get the car to them and then they would cover the labor, but that they would CHARGE US for the parts that needed to fixed. Image auto sold us a damaged vehicle and then wants us to pay them to fix what was already broken. Why would I trust them to fix the car properly this time around when they didn’t fix it the first time. Also we paid for a warranty on the car, but the warranty does not cover any of the parts that needed to be replaced. So it seems like Image Auto only replaces what the warranty covers and then OVERLOOKS the rest. They sell partially fixed cars, but somehow say that they are certified. They are either scamming you, or have incompetent mechanics, and won’t take accountability for their mistakes. I shudder to think about what could have happened to my family if they had been driving on a busy road when our so called “certified” car from Image Auto stopped working without warning. They clearly have a different definition of “certified”. Now we are stuck paying car payments while paying to replace damaged parts on this “certified” car that we haven’t been able to drive for almost 2 months, because we trusted Image Auto. Don’t waste your time or money on them. We would have been better off at ANY other car dealership. I understand that mistakes happen and things get “overlooked” but come on, where is Image Auto’s integrity? What is it going to take for them to make this right?! Do NOT buy a car from Image Auto unless you want to either return it within 30 days because it’s broken or want to risk losing a family member because they “overlooked” some obvious mechanical damage. They don’t even deserve one star.

  All these positive reviews are from people who have just recently bought their car in the last few months.. this review comes from someone who has had the car for already 2 years.. the car is an absolute lemon. Have already done a bunch of repairs.. I have a lot of regrets buying this vehicle. Steer clear of this place unless you want a money pit.

  Danny was super helpful!! We talked with him on the phone before arriving and he assisted us with sorting a few things out. Danny, Joshua, and Hamed were all incredibly helpful and kind once we got into the office itself. All around a great experience for a first time buyer

  If I could give 10 Stars I would!! The most friendly, helpful, and professional staff I've ever worked with a car dealership AND I've bought a lot of cars. Danny is a star, but any one of the sales staff are superb!! We are very excited about the vehicle we bought!

  I purchased a vehicle two months ago and still have not received the title. A month after I purchased it I called and was told that there was a delay but they sent the paperwork in. I've followed up multiple times and every time I am told that the person I need to speak to is not in at the moment. Horrible customer service, you always get the run around, never a follow up or resolution. Also, before I purchased the vehicle, Kamran promised that the tire pressure sensor light would be resolved, and the gas tank would be fill (I purchased out of state and shipped it). Neither promise was kept, and when I followed up, Kamran said there was nothing he could do about it.

  Great dealership my grandma, my dad, and my uncle have all bought cars from this dealership and had them 8+ years so far and still run great and I bought a car for a great price

  Though I only went inside image auto once (because my husband had done most of the car shopping before that), they were extremely pleasant to work with. All the staff was knowledgeable about things we questioned. I felt like they had the most open pricing policy in comparison to other dealers. They made the process for my son to get his very first car very smooth and enjoyable. Thank you!

  A fantastic experience from start to finish! Danny, Hamed and the team did a great job. I was treated fairly and had a few extenuating circumstances that they worked with me on, and we were able to secure the vehicle that I wanted. This is an honest establishment and would feel comfortable sending family or friends to them.

  I worked mostly with Danny at Image auto. He was incredibly friendly, authentic and helpful. He broke the “used care salesman” stereotype big time. I never felt pushed; only helped. Once I decided to buy the car, I was out of there in no time. The place is clean, classy, comfortable and inviting. I highly recommend them if you’re buying g a used car (particularly Danny).
