Terrible experience. Asked for the deluxe pedicure. Took the technician less than 35 minutes start to finish polish and all to finish the pedicure. Massage less than 5 minutes. Burned my toes taking off nail polish (not gel) with a drill. Took the cuticle cutters and cut into the side of my toe nail and just kept pulling nail attached to my skin that wasn’t even in grown. Left heels rough, didn’t actually cut cuticles properly, push them down or anything. (I am a licensed nail tech so I am fully aware the process). Had manager come over who chose to argue with me instead of listening to me as a paying customer and took the technicians side. On top of that technician was wearing very revealing shirt with everything hanging out of her shirt. Was more worried about what she looked like than doing a good job. Sent me out the door with wet sloppy nail polish that I was cleaning up the flooded sides of my toenails from too much paint. Polish all smudged due to sending me on my way before dry. Will not ever come back and hope that people will see the reviews of this place and steer clear.

I have been going to Jasmine Nails for over a year. I have my nails filled every two weeks and a pedicure monthly. These ladies are phenomenal! I have always been treated kindly and with respect. Their quality of work and service is exceptional! Their prices are decent. I love walking in and being greeted by my name. It’s like the tv show Cheers… I wanna be where everybody knows my name.

Kate did my manicure. It was adequate. The three stars is due to telling me the price is one thing and adding on an extra 2.00 fee for using a credit card, after the fact Full disclosure is not optional. Not ok to do business like this.

I’ve been going to Jasmine Nails for over a year now. Kelly does the best French tip nails I’ve ever seen. They are thin, they are smooth, they are so natural looking and beautiful! She’s a star!
