Amazing customer service - I was in a tight spot with my Jeep, and needed some maintenance before a trip. Mike was very empathetic and did his best to squeeze me in when they were busy and in the middle of moving to their new shop. If I could give them 10/5 stars I would! Thanks Mike and JeepFix!

SKIP THIS PLACE. Absolute worst experience I have ever had at any shop - ever.. And, I have never written a bad review for anyone. Lies, Lies, Lies, Lies.
Skip this place if you do not like to be lied to and repeatedly told you will get a call back. If you want to drop your Jeep off and enjoy waiting for weeks and weeks for answers and never get them, then this is the place for you. I waited almost 8 weeks and kept giving Mike the benefit of the doubt. He told me he ordered parts 3 times. Ha! He never did it! What a joke. Just go get it back and go somewhere else. Do not trust what Mike tells you.

Right off the bat, Bailey, the receptionist was very nice, kind and professional (y’all need to give her a raise). Then the technician asked me to describe the issue I was having and knew immediately what needed to be done and estimated cost. He was right on the money. They had a loaner vehicle which made things even better. Repairs completed same day, checkout a breeze. We were here on vacation, so since I can’t brag on them locally, I thought writing a review was my duty. Thank Y’all,
Mac Johnson from Texas

Mike is my hero. After limping my Jeep to 2 different dealers, 2 seperate quotes for $3500 & a different one for $6,700. After talking to Mike we decided to pickup our Jeep from the dealer and drop it off with Mike @ Jeep Fix. Mike to the time to talk with us, scan my Jeep and find what was truly wrong with my Jeep. He went past just scanning it but going further in depth. We ended up needing much less than dealer stated. So happy to have my Jeep back and to be back on the road again. Thank you Mike for being honest and knowing Jeeps. We appreciate your help more than. Words could ever say.

11/10 Service. I purchased a Jeep recently that was already highly modified. The owner Mike of Jeepfix went through the entire jeep with me getting parts numbers and showing me what all my jeep had. He also pointed out and explained to me a few issues that would need to be remedied before any major offroad trip. He did not pressure me at all at anytime simply taught me and showed me everything about my awesome Jeep Wrangler. I will continue to return to Jeepfix for any of my issues.
I had my drone in the jeep so i took the time to fly up and pount out where his shop is :)

Disappointed with my tie rod replacement. Mike at Jeep Fix recommended new tie rods after my OEM ones broke at 70K miles. The ones he suggested were twice the price, but I trusted his advice.
When I picked it up, the steering felt terrible — Mike said they were overtightened and would loosen up over time. After the break-in period, I paid another $150 for an adjustment — and Mike told me that would likely be the last one. It wasn’t.
The manufacturer actually recommends adjusting these every 3K miles — and sure enough, they started getting loose and rattling after just a few thousand miles. Mike wanted to charge me $150 every time to tighten them up. After paying for two adjustments, I finally found another place that does it for free with an oil change.
If I’d known these tie rods would require constant maintenance — and that Mike would try to charge me hundreds every year to keep them tight — I never would have agreed to them. They might make sense for off-roaders, but they’ve been a hassle and a bad fit for my daily driver.
Mike is polite and helpful, but the lack of upfront communication about the real maintenance costs and performance trade-offs has been frustrating and costly.

These guys are fantastic! They took excellent care of my Jeep, getting it fixed in just two days (something that would have taken a month at the dealership, no doubts). They also spent hours on the phone with the warranty company, so I didn’t have to play middleman. Thank you for such exceptional, customer-focused service!

These are honest and capable people. Their knowledge of their profession is astounding! I've had my Jeep in their shop a few times. And I'm still coming back. I'm piecemealing getting my Jeep fixed. These guys are as low cost as it comes, but they are highly knowledgeable and use the highest quality stuff. A real find!

Mike and his team have been an absolute joy to work with on repairs for my Jeep. I only wish I had found them earlier in my car repair journey this year. Mike quickly discovered that the previous mechanic hadn't screwed in the engine bolts correctly, and I was even missing two! This led to several loose bolts, which caused my vehicle to make a lot of noise. Thankfully, Mike and his team corrected the issue promptly, ensuring that everything was secure. Now, I can confidently drive, knowing that me and my loved ones are safe on the road. I highly recommend their services!

Just got done talking to Mike. He was a very personable mechanic. I shared a dilemma with my 1989 Wrangler that was exhibiting symptoms of ECM / computer failure. Immediately he steered me to a direction where I could get my own ECM and provided some expertise and thoughts on how I should move forward even though he wasn't going to be the one working on my Jeep.
