If I could give them 0 stars, I would give them to you. I never go back to any jiffy lube again I had a problem last year with the registration of my car that I don't know why I paid my stiker they gave me my stiker and to my surprise I got stop by the police and they gave me a ticket because my stiker was not in their system waoo. I gave them another chance and I came to change my oil exactly I made the request of 5000 miles when I check the receipt surprise again I paid for 5k miles and they gave me 3750 miles so I went and the store to put the oil for which I paid and they were only going to change the stiker to put more miles with the same oil I never go back to any jiffy lube I was a customer for 5 years with the cars of my whole family worse experience, bad customer service.

I've been going to this location since 2012, and it has always been good ~2020Oh my, that was a huge price increase for an oil change. Even my internet coupon couldn't help.This location always has the most polite, professional employees though, I do appreciate that ~2024

I'm never going here again. They messed up my oil change...They removed all the oil from my car, and forgot to replace the oil. My car kept stalling on the way home and when I finally arrived home I smelled burning, when I opened the hood they had left one of their oil covered wrags sitting on top of my engine. I removed the oil dipstick and it was dry. I called and they said they can come out to help fix it. When they came out their manager Lawrence poured oil into my car, and that just spilled out the bottom and got all over my garage floor. He promised several times they would come out to clean it. I called today and they said they would come out within the hour. 3 hours later they still haven't arrived. I called again and Lawrence said they are still planning on coming out. After almost 2 hours I called again and they didn't answer. I called two more times after that and still no answer. I had my son call and they answered right away. He said their guy was 10 minutes out. But half an hour later and still hasn't arrived. They close at 6 and it's 5:30.

I’ve been doing oil changes at this location for the past 3.5 years since it’s been in a convenient location for me. I had given this location a 5 star review but after a terrible experience, I’ve decided to change the rating.On the latest occurrence, I decided to get $1,100 worth of work done here (I know I could have shopped around and got it done for cheaper but decided that I hadn’t had any issues with them in the past and that it would be nice getting all the work done then and there, plus I knew my car was a bit overdue on some of the maintenance).Well after this last visit, I started driving and about half way home (10 minutes away) I realized that my tire pressure indicator was on. I pulled over and saw that my rear tire was almost completely empty, so I filled it up at the nearest gas station and realized that the tire valve stem core had come loose and was spewing out air. This had to have come loose when Jiffy filled up my tire. When I called and complained to the manager the next day that my tire could have been ruined, he took no accountability (multiple times) and blamed it on me saying that I could have hit a nail or rock. I said either he’s an idiot or I am to think that I couldn’t spot if the tire had been punctured or that he could think that my valve core could come loose by a nail or rock.I also noticed that a weird sound had occurred and when I went in the next day to get the valve core tightened, I told them about the sound and they told me that it was the CV axle. I said that didn’t sound right because the sound sounded like it was coming from the back. They told me no and chuckled (insinuating that I was dumb). The only glimmer of positivity of this experience was that I asked for a partial refund and the manager gave me $100 back.When I took the car into an actually competent mechanic, they told me the CV axle was fine and that my car was making that sound because the back two tires weren’t tightened properly. Well guess who just rotated my tires only a few days before that? You guessed it, Jiffy did.So when Jiffy kept not taking any accountability and questioning my competence, I hope this story confirms to anyone reading this, that in fact, they are the ones that are inept because they almost ruined not only my tire, but also my two back wheels because of that impotence! The common denominator for all my problems was Jiffy. No place is worth going back to after making such critical and simpleminded mistakes. I will not be going back here!

Sophia was the best mechanic and was super helpful when it came to ringing up my partner and I. She was super helpful and friendly. This is by far the best Jiffy Lube location I've been to.

Went there for an oil change and to get a new bulb inserted for my headlight. They didn’t even switch the headlight out! Super upset, I spent $26 for it and now I have to pay to do it myself!

Today I took my girlfriends car over here. I worked at jiffy lube for years and am very versed in how this company runs. I usually use the location in herriman by Winco foods due to knowing the management very well. We did the emissions, and oil change at this location. No check engine light was on before bringing it in. It passed the emissions where they had marked no check engine light was indicated and no codes where found present on the emissions paperwork.They also never indicated a check engine light on the Roc inspection when they tried to tell us multiple lies regarding break fluid, and brakes were low(just replaced on 10/15). The person I spoke to told us they wouldn’t even try and attempt to look at it and tried giving me an auto enhance card and telling me it was our responsibility to pay for the check engine light they created. I know well enough after being a manager at this company this is not how things are supposed to go. I took it over to Garrett at the herriman location where he took the time to actually look and see what the issue was and not automatically try and blame us for something we didn’t do. Poor management at this location.

1147 is the worst location cuz the manager lawrence doesn't know what he's doin. his techs knew more than he did, but he didn't show that. he was all about himself and not the crew.

Not real happy with this place been there several times & going to steer clear from now on. Taken 2 cars for air conditioning not working & second car came in 3 times before it was fixed! First time spent many hours waiting & not knowing what was going on. In fact car disappeared for awhile with no communication as to what was going on. The last time we had this car in we were charged over $120 for a full service oil change. Come to find out the windshield wiper fluid that was out when we pulled in was not filled. Found out later the next day it was still empty. I'll be happy to find somewhere new to have my car serviced. Spent a lot of money there to be lied to again & again. It would take way too much time to explain other lies. Just don't go here especially this location!

So there is a very large sign outside of the Jiffy Lube advertising a $64.99 synthetic oil change. I go in, get my synthetic oil change and the cashier tells me I owe $110 for the oil change (plus lots of other fees). Then they proceed to tell me that I didn’t get the “correct” synthetic oil change. I tell them their sign doesn’t say that and that the sign is very deceiving. He proceeds to give me $22 off…which isn’t enough and tells me that he’ll talk to his manager about the sign. Honestly, that’s fine, but they’ve just lost any sort of repeat business. This is bait and switch and poor customer service. If you have a sign outside of your business, you should honor it. Telling people once they’ve purchased the service that they didn’t purchase the correct synthetic oil change is dishonest.

I’m pretty disappointed in the service I got here. It took a while to get an employee to even talk to me. Once they engaged they were nice enough.The checkout process is a little annoying as their business model is to upsell you in everything they can. When I was finally checked out, I was charged around $60 even though the sign out front the oil change was $35. I asked about it and then they added a code to bring it down. If you have a big sign out front, the customer shouldn’t have to remind you of the price.After getting my car back and getting on the freeway, I noticed a strange noise I had never heard before. After checking, the plastic under the car was not attached properly. I wasn’t at a point where I could fix it or even take it back to this location to get it fixed. I ended up having to remove some of the cover with a knife because it made driving very miserable. I have never had an issue like this before but I will not be going back to this location.

This place is horrible. They lied to me that they changed differential oil and charged me money for that. Also, the car had engine air filter left open, it was not screwed after they changed a new filter. These guys do not know what they are doing, not professional. If you want to screw your car and willing to pay extra money for what they lie then go.

Pulled up, all stalls were full but then I was next in line. I had to be somewhere so I asked how long it would take to get an oil change. I was quoted 15 minutes but after I gave a surprised look he told me 20 minutes. It was 30 minutes before my car was even pulled into the bay. After an hour of being there my car was done. I have white interior and when I got out to the car the passenger seat was folded all the way down and I had this black mess everywhere. I only realized I should probably probably take a picture after wiping everything down except the center console. This is a brand new car, I was very disappointed and don't typically have a problem with Jiffy :(EDIT: They asked me to email them personally, did and NEVER responded.Service: Oil change
