Had my oil changed before a road trip and was surprised how quick it was. Got 100 miles down the road and found that my splash shield was hanging by two bolts. Destroyed my nice shirt zip-tying it back up at a flying-J. Finding it very hard to remain a jiffy lube customer especially when they’re building a Take 5 very close to my house. At over 120$, the fastest oil change means nothing if you don’t put every piece back where it was.

This is a nice Jiffy Lube with a nice gang of youngsters working there. They all did a great job and I appreciate their hard work. I definitely recommend this place.

Went in with a nasty rockchip in windshield. These guys did an awesome job cleaning up the chip. Not to mention there were like 7 people working, greeting, polite and professional. Good group of employees at this location!

This is definitely one of the better jiffy lubes. And they can handle diesels.

I went in and asked for my axles and t-case fluid to be changed.
I waited around for 20-30 mins for them to do their work, just for them to pull the truck out and say the front axle was a tad low so we topped it off for you, you are good to go".....
I wanted to pay you to change the fluid, not waste my time with a check and fill....
They are nice, but I still left unsatisfied.
Looks like I'm heading to the dealer.

Usually pretty decent and quick, never had any problems. But my last two visits they broke my tire valve, which they repaired but also broke the tire pressure gauge.
And my latest visit they caused an oil leak. So I can't recommend this place

UPDATE: emailed the person who left the comment on my review and haven't heard anything back. So disappointed.
This was my first negative experience at a Jiffy Lube ? First it took 2hrs for an oil change when it’s never taken me over 30mins to get one done. Second, after the oil change my bags of groceries and the contents of the passenger seat drawer were all scrambled, with some of the drawer contents in my groceries. Third, as I left the shop my tire light came on, which wasn’t on when I initially came in. It took two expensive visits to other places to find a large nail in one of my tires and then get it replaced. I’ll attach a picture. Never coming back to this place and possibly any other Jiffy Lube again.

Update: Ryan went above and beyond to fix the bad experience I had. Thank you Ryan. He went with me to a car wash to fix the oil mess, he personally cleaned my engine, and he refunded me for the previous oil change. I couldn't have asked for more.
Old review:
I got an oil change and they crushed the new oil filter. I didn't realize until I was on a road trip and got a warning my engine oil was low. I got the problem fixed at another shop on the road, but oil went all over my engine, undercarriage, and backside exterior.
I came back here and they told me they had nothing to offer to clean my car besides doing their own scrubbing in the engine compartment. No detailing offer at a different location, not even an offer for a car wash after I asked.
They gave me problems and didn't fix them.

The oil pan plug kept leaking so the dedicated workers at this location ended up having to rethread the plug so it would stop leaking. Thank you!
