I’ve been a member for 25+ years. Took my 16 year old daughter to open her first checking account, as she is starting her first job and needs it for direct deposit. We were told the manager was to busy to help us, but we could wait about an hour or so for her to be available! 4 employees and we were the only customers in the place! Are you kidding me?! Do better!

Been a member for 20+ years. Just got a loan for a new car. Took less than a day to sign and have a cashiers check in hand. Great people fast service.

I have been a member for more than 10 years. All locations have very kind staff. I went in today to dispute some fraudulent charges. The gentleman that helped me was Jake. Very nice and helped me resolve this issue. Angela was also a big help with the issue as well. I thank these 2 personally for all thier help. It gives me much trust in my financial institution. Thank you both.

I had misplaced my 1098 tax form. I called and a Brooklyn helped me, she was very kind. However, as I found later I Had overlooked the form she sent because I was looking for it to come from Jordan Credit Union and her name was on it.I called back and got ahold of Jake Barlow who was such a great help to me. I couldn't open the encrypted email and he worked it out so I could get my form.I have been with Jordan Credit Union for many years and I have always loved dealing with them.Thank You Again Brooklyn and JakeSincerely, Kathryn Richins

Not allowing people in your lobby without an appointment is one thing - But requiring that they sit in a hot car, sun shining, and everyone else’s motors running is another. Thanks to the 20+ minutes I spent sucking in other people’s car fumes (I turned my car off), I left coughing, sweating, and unnecessarily fatigued. Why on Earth was I required to show ID to make deposits? My husband (Steve) and I have both gone through this arduous process in the past week or two. Next time I will try the JCU office I typically use - hopefully that location will be more user friendly. ( Steve usually uses this JCU location - I don’t - and probably won’t again.)

I definitely do not recommend opening an account here. They won't try to work with you to keep you as a member of their bank. Mountain America did more due to my circumstances since the pandemic than they did. Sad really but definitely happy to be done with them.

Extremely slow. I have to agree with a couple of the other reviews, the staff has always been rather pleasant and nice but you'll definitely have a wait for processing any kind of transaction. The technology they utilize is by far outdated compared to other financial institutions and their mobile banking is the most difficult and ridiculous thing to even register for to use. I would consider other credit unions unless you don't mind long waits and not using online banking.

My husband and I went into open a checking account and after waiting in line for 10 minutes and being ignored with two other employees standing around we were finally able to tell a teller that we wanted to open an checking account we were told that it would take an hour to do it and if we could come back Tuesday. Poor customer service. We will be opening an account at a different credit union.

The staff is very helpful and although I was hesitant about the one star review I saw on it they didn't disappoint! I opened a new account and got a credit card with them In only a few minutes. Great work I will be coming here again!

I did not even wanted to go in there. I called and the lady putted me on for any question that I had. She was probably training which is understandable but she wasted my time and hers
