Wow, the customer service has gone way down hill at this location. They didn't even get my name so they ended up calling me "hey you" "yeah you" to "help" me. Which I couldn't even call it that. I assume this location is under new management and JCU needs to do better.

Both me and my husband have had nothing but great service at this credit union. People have gone out of their way to help us. Awesome people here all the time. My favorite Credit Union!!!!

The West Jordan location on Copperhills road is awful. Every time I go there it takes so long, today I stood in line for 10 minutes before I had to leave, it shouldn’t take that long to do banking. One time I stood in line longer than that just to get told they couldn’t help me. Seriously considering transferring all of my banking from here to MACU.

First negative review I've ever left, and they earned it.I needed some $2 bills and the teller confirmed they had $2 bills. Woohoo! I tried two other banks which were out.I put my $5 bill up to get some change and the guy asked if I had an account with them. Nope, just live nearby is all.I was told sorry, we can't help you then.Definitely NOT a community or service oriented place. I won't go back there again.

Beware. My son applied for their advertised 1.99% auto loan to refinance his 4.99% loan with VW credit. After two weeks of working on his loan application, they finally told him his loan was approved. But, when they sent him the loan documents, the interest rate on the loan was 15.42%!! America 1st CU approved him in 24 hours for 2.99%.

This credit union is Turing into a bank. The member service at the branch by Abby was like I was going to Zion’s bank who does not care about their customers there. Not the greatest and very unhelpful. Asked if they could waive a fee for getting official statements and she wouldn’t help out with that after being a member for over 15 years. Went over to Mt. America and they waived the fee for me when asked. The teller there was a lot more pleasant to deal with. Jordan CU is a terrible place to do any transactions. I would strongly suggest going to another credit union.

Stay far away. If you decide to open an account and then just let it sit, after a certain amount of time, they will start fining you and withdrawing money from your account for “inactivity”. Who does that? I let you use my money for whatever investments you so desire, and then you start dipping your hand into my account and taking my money? It’s like a sad parent.

The ATM at this location is barely functional. It asks for a card, then half the time it requests a pin number and works as expected. But the other half of the time it puts up a screen advising that the screen can be limited for security reasons and to press enter if the user wants the visible portion limited. No other options or buttons highlighted. The kicker is that pressing enter doesn't do anything. The screen doesn't change. After pushing all of the buttons I remove my card. Trying again is a roll of the dice to see if I can actually do something useful. But the whole reason I went to the ATM was to deposit a check. This ATM doesn't take deposits. 15 minutes of frustration and I couldn't even get my check deposited because of a faulty ATM.

I spoke with Carly at the New Bingham Branch. I had questions on Money Market Accounts, CD's, Credit Card Rates, Security, etc. I was so impressed with the first line of defense (Carly) having the knowledge, proficiency, and pleasant attitude in answering my questions. What a great organization and group they have here.
