I had a yet annother terrible experience at this clinic. Amelia Maas did not listen to my medical concerns. I told her I was struggling to breathe. She sent me home with no medical care. I had 5 minute episode of not being able to breathe within hours of leaving the clinic. Don't go to this clinic! They overcharge and do not provide essential medical care.

I have seen two providers at Jordan Family Health, Amelia Maass and Kerry Cox. They were knowledgeable, kind and genuinely cared about my health outcomes. I was able to get a same day appointment with both providers and couldn't be happier with my experience.

Horrible customer service, it is impossible to get a hold of anybody on the phone, if you have a question or an issue, they simply could not transfer my prescription from one pharmacy to enother, I left voice-mails, called. No results, then I had to physically walk in the clinic and film on camera my conversation with the staff to simply transfer my prescription, because over a month could not get anywhere, they took it as a threat and I found out that they sent me a letter that I am dismissed from being served there, by the way I never received it and found out about it when I called them to solve enother problem they created. All conversation is recorded on my phone, and there were no threats, in stead of apologies, they made me look like a bad person who walks around threatening people. I was their customer for 10 years, this is the treatment you get, they don't care about you. On top of that they provided the wrong address to the labcorp when they did my daughter' s blood test, because of that bill from labcorp went to the wrong address, I never got it, and in the end got sent to collections, after all of this I am a threat and a bad guy, well what goes around comes around, will meet in court.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The medical assistant was so friendly. Kerry Cox was so kind to fill out my short term disability paperwork right while I was there at the clinic. She answered all of my questions, asked what I needed and was incredibly helpful. I have started recommending this clinic to everyone.

No one likes staying at the office until 5 on Friday... But, most people work 8:00 to 5:00 or 9:00 to 5:00... and it takes a lot for some people to get off just a few minutes early to call their doctor before 5:00. So if you can imagine, it gets pretty irritating when they go through something like that and the phones are already off at 4:45-4:50. Not once, not twice, but regularly. It is especially messed up when it's a weekend and people have prescriptions that they can't get filled for an entire weekend because you decided to leave 15 minutes early. Again. If you're going to be turning off your phones that often before the time listed on Google... Please just change your hours so people know what time they ACTUALLY need to call by.

I had an appt today and I tried calling no joke 10 times. It’s really concerning that if I had a medical emergency I’d have to deal with not being able to reach my DR! On to look for another Dr. please hire effective front desk people.

How ridiculous is it that you try calling 10 times and no one answers. My son broke his ankle and we were told to go here but they can't even answer the phone. If you have front desk people who aren't answering it's probably time to hire more efficient employees. After all the horrible reviews I don't know how this place is still a running business. Do better!

I have been going to this clinic for about 5 years. I used to love it. Had no problems getting ahold of my doctor or someone at the front desk. Since my doctor left, it’s been a less than pleasant experience. I’ve started seeing a new provider but not only is she always booked out 4-5 weeks, I am not promptly followed up with via message or call and when trying to call the front desk, the line is busy? So frustrating.

I was grateful to get some of my medication changed up, and the Dr explained why the dosage was too low anyway. However, I feel any concerns I had were disregarded due to me being on that medication. I wanted to get blood work done, just to check and see how I'm doing, and it felt like she was trying to talk me out of it.I received my blood work back the following day, and there were a couple of concerning levels, however I have yet to hear from the office to help explain to me what they mean and how I can fix it.I don't need a call now, I'll just make some changes, and one of those changes is going to be finding a new Dr.

Used to love coming here and had great care. Then our doctor left. We tried switching to a new one at the same office and he completely wrote us off when we told him about a brewing infection. That infection is now severe and we can't get back in because they are extremely overbooked. We won't come here again if we can help it.

So to start my husband canceled his appointment in advanced however someone didn’t cancel the appointment on their end and we were stuck paying the no show fee. Then I went in for routine labs and they sent to the wrong lab (out of Network) and it ended up costing me almost $300. They gave me some in house credit I could use toward deductibles when I came. Fast forward to current we have blood work again (yearly) and I even went over what labs are in network and who not to send to…..they sent out of network again. And this time it’s costing me almost $400!!! I would say it’s just the staff they hire, but even the doctor had a difficult time find my cervex! I would not recommend this office. I’m probably stuck as they’ll do what they did last time and only give me in house credit instead of actually fixing their billing and doing it correctly the first time. I would strongly encourage finding a different office for your medical needs if you can.

I have had good experience with providers here, but had a negative interaction with a receptionist named Stephanie. She was very short and rude to me while I was trying to schedule an appointment for anxiety medication. I already favor telehealth due to anxiety and rude receptionist do not make it any easier.

They don’t answer the phone. To communicate, you must go to the office, unfortunately. The office seems to be telling similar reviews to call the office to resolve this, I’m assuming it isn’t a concern or the responses are automated. Really disappointing.

Your office staff need to be better at answering phone calls when people call. Every time my mom tries to call she is waiting so long her phone disconnects the call and she has to call back. It’s completely unprofessional if they are busy they can answer and ask you if they can place you in a brief hold just like every other office I and my mom has gone to has done. If they can’t do their job why are they even working there? My mom has discussed the issue with the practice manager on multiple occasions. The main issue is the front desk employees not answering the phones like they should. Her doctors are great but, not being able to reach the medical assistants because the front desk employees don’t want to answer the phones is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

I had been seeing "Brittany Jorgensen" for the past few years, even though the clinic doesn't accept my insurance. When my primary care providers office no longer accepted my insurance either, I decided to have Brittany be mine for the future. She was amazing, professional, easy to talk to. Those are but a few examples of her the care she provided. I always felt heard and that she truly cared. Unfortunately, she has moved on. Finding a new provider that took my insurance, as well as new patients was months out for appointments. Because I need a RX for my pain due to having "degenerative disc disease" I decided to go to a different provider at Jordan Family Health. I was able to make an appointment for just a month or so out. And my new provider Amelia Mass even called in a RX for my pain medication, which was, 30, oxycodone 5mg. I was prescribed this because in 2021, I was diagnosed with Cirrhosis and liver cancer. I could no longer alternate between ibuprofen & Excedrin. I have not asked to increase the strength or quantity. Amelia was aware my appointment with her was to meet as well as have my RX filled for three months until my next well care appointment. At the appointment, I was told the office visits had increased again to $136.00. My experience with Amelia was very disappointing to say it nicely. She informed me that she does not and will not prescribe the oxycodone. She prefers "narco' . Obviously, she didn't review my medical history to know narco is very hard on the liver. I explained my health issues and not Brittany, my former primary care provider and most importantly, my liver specialist never had a problem with me taking the pain medicine prescribed. Amelia's response was to bash Brittany Jorgensen professionally by stating to the effect that she was not reckless like Brittany and that Brittany was known to just write out prescriptions when asked. I did not care for her review of Brittany and I told her that Brittany wasn't comfortable prescribing me the medication until she got more information and required me to have x-rays on my back done. From the x-rays I was to about the degenerative disc disease and wedging on my L one. Brittany referred me to a pain clinic, but still prescribed my pain meds until I was able to get in. At first I resisted, because I didn't want to be prescribed a lot more and higher strength pain med. But, Brittany preferred me to go, she didn't want the responsibility. I went, turned out the clinic referred didn't accept my insurance either. After explaining all this due to the fact Amelia didn't review my chart, notes made. She asked if I had found a different pain clinic. I had and communicated it would be months to get in and asked her to set her personal views about my pain med and to fill them until I was seen. Amelia, said she could get me into a pain clinic sooner and so she gave me a referral "TO THE SAME DR AND PAIN CLINIC" I had just told her of.She treated me like I was a junky. Yet" I didn't accept her offer for narco... Hello!!She knew I needed my RX filled and should have informed that she WOULD NOT prescribe. But, did she? NO, I was expected to pay the full amount out of pocket. Amelia, failed on her due diligence to review, to get informed with my medical history. To be professional towards her fellow colleagues and me. Why was I the one responsible to know she will not prescribe the only pain med, especially when she did refill it once??When I spoke to someone old lady in the office about it. She couldn't see the big picture. She had her blinders on and hooked on the medication in question. She kept repeating herself that ALL provider's have the right, it is their license they aren't willing to risk. Which was a mote point!! Of course they can choose not to prescribe. I understood that. She totally missed the point of the fact Amelia had prescribed it for me, I should have been told she wouldn't. I would have cancelled the appointment. So, unprofession
