I found Dr. Hamps office while looking for a family practitioner. being a typical adult I only go into the physicians office only when needed. I was able to get and appointment and seen by Dr. Hamp and his practice several years ago. Since the first visit I have continued to return to Dr. Hamp and his staff. I recently went to Dr. Hamp's practice and a regular check up and was assisted by his nurse Ketti. Ketti is very caring and attentive. Between Ketti and Dr. Hamp I have received the most professional and complete care someone can receive. I appreciate all the help and assistance Ketti has provided and continues to provide.

I have been coming here for over 20 years. I have always been treated well and have gotten the care I need through many different medical conditions. The staff has always been professional and friendly. A great place for medical care.

The wait times are just very unacceptable here. Every visit i show up on time and it takes an hour to actually see the doctor. There is a serious problem that you need to work on with the scheduling!

Waited for over an hour for the doctor after being on time. Wasn’t told anything but to wait. They shouldn’t schedule times if they can’t get you in within 15 minutes. Very unhappy with the service and very unprofessional. Do better ?

I was told that a doctor was going see me at 3:05 but it’s 4:03 and there is still no word and no sign of him. While waiting the nurses were being really loud and messing around. When I asked them were the doctor was they told me they didn’t know. Overall very unprofessional

Dr Dennis Hamp and the Jordan Landing Family Medicine team are great! Dr Hamp has been the primary care for our entire family for 15+ years. Dr Hamp is knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, thorough, and patient. He has always gone the extra mile to make sure you are heard and feel taken care of. Also, the staff and office team @ Jordan Landing Family Medicine are kind and helpful with whatever you need!

i love jordan landing family medicine! the people at the front desk are so helpful and make the checking in process easy and smooth. i especially want to mention the medical assistant for dr.hamp, AJ was the sweetest ever and always answered any questions i had. i highly recommend this clinic!

Right off the bat I was greeted by the lovely front desk ladies, Violet and Jayden, They were so nice and friendly. When I got to the room AJ the Medical assistant was so caring and listened to everything I had to say, treated my family amazingly. Overall such a great experience. If I could I’d give 10 stars lol.

I always enjoy coming into Jordan family medical, the staff is amazing and so nice every time, today especially with the help of my terrific nurse McKenze, she made the whole process so smooth and seamless. Thank you for the wonderful care.
