Jordan Self Storage is praised for its great service, friendly staff, and clean units. Management is easy to deal with and customers say there are no issues. Prices are considered reasonable, especially for three months or less. The facility is described as wonderful and affordable, even though it is a bit out of the way. Staff are kind and extremely friendly. The gate clock may not match the phone network, and the automatic gate stops working at about 8:56 PM, but calling the residential doorbell is faster. Customer service is excellent. Overall, customers find the place easy, affordable, clean, and highly recommend it. They would give 10 starts if it was an option.

Never had an issue with the management and they have been a lot easier to deal with than other storage facilities I've had. I appreciate everything that everybody at this location has done for me.
