They were friendly when I started. Once we had some fraud on our account I let them know we were waiting for new cards they then proceeded to send me daily emails, texts and calls saying I’m past due. Not in a professional manner as well. I send them my personal credit card to cover the balance and they “missed” that email proceeded to keep sending me collections calls and refused me access to my unit. Keep in mind this all is happening before 30 days past due. They never apologized or tried to work with me.

Never had an issue with the management and they have been a lot easier to deal with than other storage facilities I've had. I appreciate everything that everybody at this location has done for me.

Seems to be okay, not so sure the prices are worth it, self storage is great for 3 months or less, aside from that just re-purchase whatever you need

Great service. Used them for over a year while I xfered to another state. Units are clean, costs were reasonable the staff was the best.

Great facility! But be aware that their gate clock is not set to the same time as cell-phone networks/atomic clock and the automatic gate to let you out stops working at about 8:56PM rather than the advertised 9:00PM for some reason. Just ring the residential doorbell. It's much faster than trying to call.

This place is wonderful and so affordable. It is a bit out of the way but that is more then made up for by the kind and extremely friendly staff here. This place is nice and clean all the time. I am so thankful to have come acrossed Jordan Storage and I tell everyone I know and meet about this fantastic storage place. Thank you so much for everything you provide us. I would give 10 starts if it was an option.

What LAME storage facilities locks entrance to the facility on a Holiday. Hello people, you don't do anything but charge for a storage unit! Good grief! Keep that in mind if you decide to rent from this 2bit joint in Timbucktuu!
