I was told a 10 minute wait for an 8 piece chicken meal or I could get half and half of chicken and tenders for no wait. I opted for the no wait even though I only wanted chicken. They told me to pull forward and they would bring it out. I pulled forward and waited 25 MINUTES!! Absolutely ridiculous. They were even bringing food out to other customers that came after I did. I won’t eat here again.

I got here at 10:10 10 minutes after they were supposed to be open and they told me to wait five minutes before I could order. Meanwhile there was a shorter woman who I presumed to be the manager scowling at Me. While I was waiting I decided to fill up my drinks, The drink station had not been cleaned, had the nozzles changed or even turned on. I have been waiting for about 20 minutes in the lobby for the food. They are still transferring contents from containers and it is right on the line where they make food. They are currently still trying to set up at 10:34 AM. They should have been set and ready by opening at 10 Am.With employees making mistakes like this, I can’t believe this location has not shut down.

The food was the only pleasant thing about our experience. We pulled up to the drive through and asked for a minute to look over the menu, about 30 seconds after that we were asked again what we wanted in a harsher tone, we again replied again about needing a minute. Another 30 seconds and we were asked again. after every item we ordered we were responded with in a rude "is that all". After ordering and paying for our food, were instructed to pull forward and wait. With no other cars behind us, we waited for about 10 minute before our food was brought out to us and when it finally was, someone had messed up our order. When I went in to get our correct food item four, FOUR people looked at me and did not say anything. Standing there awkwardly for about 20 seconds one of them, I can only assume he was the manager came up. He made the order right however seemed like I was a bother to him the entire time. I would not waste your time or money here, TERRIBLE customer service. I don't agree with being treated like an inconvenience and that is exactly how it felt.

Worst run fast food restaurants ever. I don’t know why i keep giving them a chance. Made me pull forward in the drive thru so they could help people behind me. 2 vehicles got their food before me. Then they came out and told me they were out of what I ordered, which I’m pretty sure the vehicles behind me got what i ordered. Forgot my drink. Then i get home, no utensils, no napkins, no butter. FFS!!!! KFC SUCKS!!!!

KFC always has good food in my opinion we decided to go and had no idea we where gonna walk in there and stand for 20 minutes waiting to be helped as well as being looked at by multiple staff but they had no care to help us very disappointed and disrespectful very bad customer service also didn’t understand why you can hear the kitchens music blaring but there is no sign of music in the building playing which you would expect walking into any store, restaurant, and fast food place there mats are on top of the garbage can which is so unsanitary the food was cold and they forgot my mash potatoes.

I wouldn't care to share but I've had it with this location. I have never had one single order where I was pleased. If I go to the drive-thru I either receive the wrong order or I get asked to park to the side and wait 15 minutes. Tonight took the cake. We placed an online order for pickup thinking there is no way to mess it up. My husband shows up and is not greeted. We placed the order at 5:07pm and it said it would be ready at 5:35pm. My husband left the house at 5:30pm and when we arrived he was told it would be another 20 minutes. It's ridiculous. How does KFC never have crispy chicken??? My husband was so pissed he asked for original so he could live and we hate original. So we basically paid $41 for a meal we dislike. Never again.

I was just here about 10 minutes ago cashier made eye contact with me several times was asked by a co worker in Spanish if he had assisted me already, I’m assuming he said yes, I was never attended I was ignored for about 15 minutes then I decided to leave. I am on my lunch break. You wasted my time intentionally. I’m not coming to your establishment to eat for free. Maybe If I was a sweet little white lady I wouldn’t have gotten ignored. Never will I come to this location. Zero stars

I had to ask for a wet wash cloth three times to wipe down my table. I was the only customer in the building and there were three employees unaware that tables in the dining room needed to be cleaned.

Plain, simple stupidity.Order says 2 sandwiches (among other things). Receipt and make line computer says 2 sandwiches.How do you hand me a bag with 1 sandwich? Why should I have to check? At the very least 2 sandwiches should make it in the bag.Miscounted sides on a large order? Ok. Incorrect sides? Maybe.A customer should be able to go into a business and request the services offered by said company expecting to receive those services complete and timely.This is getting old
