The place was very dirty, all the trash cans were full of garbage and the tables were not cleaned and the bathroom was super dirty. It's really the first time I've entered a place like this that is really neglected, I don't know if I entered at the wrong time. but it was unpleasant.

I can’t stop swinging by here and get a chicken tenders and delicious ? yummy combo with mac and cheese fast food. Love ? it and if you like stopping by KFC and you’re a fan of it then go in order delicious ? yummy you will feel it for yourself. I love the food and employees are tremendous incredible young people working there. very clean place as well. Recommend for your own experience and taste.Parking: Plenty of parking ?️ and location is very convenient close to everything including amenities and Jordan landing shopping center and store.

I tend to order online for this location, I did so again tonight for when I get off work around 7:30, I go through the drive way but it turns out that someone somehow already picked up my order? The older lady there was kind enough and told me to come in and I did and they put my order together again pretty fast and i appreciate it so much. Food was good! Did forget my biscuit but no biggie! Everything else was great, thank you again!Side note/recommendation: I think the higher ups should make it mandatory to check confirmation codes/numbers when picking up orders! Other than that I've never had problems with this place!:)

Terrible experience. I've come twice and I don't think I'll come back again! The chicken is fried and watery. Waited 1 hour and there were no customers. Horrible I WILL NOT

Not a reaturant, but now fast food. The food was good, the service was great, and they did not expect a tip for fast food service.

Had a very pleasant and fast experience going through the drive thru on a Friday night. The person at the window was very friendly and able to correct our order. The chicken is seasoned to perfection! I'll definitely be back.

You always get f'd in the drive through. Sure did this time. 12 piece chicken, which is 1 1/2 birds. They gave me 1 breast, not three, 2 thighs, not three, 3 drums, which is correct and to top it off 6 wings, not three. Way to go KFC, Jordan Landing you lost a customer for life!

I recently visited KFC, and while I enjoyed the food – the chicken was genuinely fresh and made to order – I must highlight the need for significant improvement in the cleanliness and organization of the establishment. The overall ambiance gives off an abandoned and unkempt vibe. The drink area was messy, with spills scattered around, and the trash bin was overflowing, creating an unpleasant sight. Self-service areas, like the drink station and garbage disposal, were noticeably neglected, which was surprising considering the relatively low customer traffic. Despite the store having only a few customers, there seemed to be ample time for staff to maintain cleanliness and organization. I hope that this constructive criticism contributes to improving the organization and cleanliness of the place, thus maintaining the quality in terms of food, service, and attention that every customer deserves. The gastronomic experience was positive in terms of taste, and I believe that a cleaner and more organized environment would further enhance customer satisfaction. I appreciate the attention of the staff, and I trust that these aspects can be addressed to provide an even more gratifying experience for visitors.
