“My overall experience with Bedrock Quartz was great!

Desiree was knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us pick out the countertops and backsplash tile. She was easy to contact and communicated everything perfectly.

The templator was really nice and helpful on helping me pick the right location for my water filter spout. He also noticed my dishwasher drain hose was routed on top of the cabinet and informed me that it would be smashed by the quartz so I was able to get that re-routed through the cabinet prior to installation.

Installation of countertops happened in less than 10 days from final purchase. It was great! The installers Yoco and Albert were very professional and efficient. They also helped me level my oven better to make it align perfectly with the countertops and cabinets.

Overall process was easy, fast, and turned out great!”

“I visited the showroom with the intention to buy a new kitchen faucet. My faucet had low flow and my plumber told me it'd be hundreds of dollars to fix it, and at that price I might as well buy a new one.

The salesperson Brandy was super knowledgeable about faucets and skilled with their inventory / product lookup system. She showed me a parts diagram for my faucet and convinced me that I probably didn't need a new one. She said that I should contact Grohe, since they are one of the best faucet manufacturers, and they could probably diagnose and figure out what parts to send me. She explained that repairing these faucets is pretty easy.

Sure enough, once I contacted Grohe, they had me try cleaning the quick coupler on the mixed water feed and it fixed my issue! I didn't need a new faucet after all.

I guess you could say the company lost a sale on the faucet, but I will always remember how honest and helpful this company was, and will use them first for any fixtures or plumbing products I need in the future.”

“Not only were they inviting, but very professional and actually suggested that they would stay open after the posted hours for me to replace a cartridge for my shower supply. I brought it in and they had all of the parts I needed and also suggested that he would stay as long as it takes just to make certain that I got what I needed! These guys are awesome.”
